BathMate broke please help

I just got my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathMate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] a week ago and today it fell and the whole pressure button popped out and I can't find it anywhere. It's basically a hole on top so now I can't use it. I don't know what to do someone help. Thank you

Do you have a picture of the top of your pump. If it's just the valve that is broken we can send you out a new one for free. If it's the pump then I'll need some details from you to get you out a replacement. Also where did you purchase your pump from?

I ordered it on Tuesday and it was at my door on Friday. Oh and Im in New Zealand, at the bottom of the earth I have had a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] so its not my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] but I have one slight concern. Around the top of the pump, just below the valve, there are a few tiny cracks going around the pump. They havn't gone right through the plastic, but my concern is that over time they might and then end up breaking off and making the pump unusable. I've attached 2 photos. I bought it from the official link here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. If you need any more of my order info or anything else, just let me know.

Definitely get back in touch with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathMate[/words] and let them know about this. They will make it right but it will also help them isolate a problem that may potentially be present.

I wasn't quite expecting a grey pip. We don't actually do those any more, we've upgraded our valve system since then a number of times (I actually queried our quality control guy about this). That mechanism is over a year old I have been told.

Can you private message me your order number and your address and I can look further into this. You say you got it through the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] links which do point towards us. I'm not sure why a grey pip was sent out.

But incredible customer service does not come close. Craig has gone far and beyond my expectations in this situation. After checking the pics I posted he noticed it was from an older production run sent from a different warehouse than their current one in the UK. They are sending me a complete replacement pump, express post. THAT IS HOW YOU RUN A FUCKING BUSINESS!!!!!! Sorry for shouting, but I am just totally stoked with their attitude and support. I asked Craig before posting this but man it is very rare to have such great service, and no Im not getting paid to say this. This is not my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], I've owned a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words], but I also have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] and the DP4000 from CTC. I cant say it enough how grateful I am to Craig and Co, even more excited to get my pump and get crazy fat. Major respect to you too DLD for aligning yourself with such a great company, I know you dont take this stuff lightly. Anyway, that was my experience with them, take what you will from it. But I will be a repeat customer for sure, when I out grow my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words]!!!!!!
