idk if you exercise or not. But in the lost 3 weeks with about 30 minutes of cardio a day 3-5 days a week my erections have gotten 200% stronger. I doubt it makes me last longer though. I have also been lifting weights, and I have no way to really verify this unless other people try it, but whenever I do squats I can swear that it is helping make my PC muscle stronger. Maybe it is just because I squeeze it on the bottom of the repitition without knowing but I am shooting my load way further than before also. Originally I'd get one decent shot and the rest would sort of just float on out but now I get about 4-5 nice long streams that just fly out. Its great.
I have been balloonig for a while now and I started up a exercise regime a month or so ago and one thing I noticed for me at least was that I needed to pe a couple hours before I exercised or pe again later after because when my blood really got pumping my dick shrank up so that the blood could go to my leggs and lungs and stuff. so it is kinda counter productive to do a big pe session and gain a nice pump only to loose like that.
