idk if you exercise or not. But in the lost 3 weeks with about 30 minutes of cardio a day 3-5 days a week my erections have gotten 200% stronger. I doubt it makes me last longer though. I have also been lifting weights, and I have no way to really verify this unless other people try it, but whenever I do squats I can swear that it is helping make my PC muscle stronger. Maybe it is just because I squeeze it on the bottom of the repitition without knowing but I am shooting my load way further than before also. Originally I'd get one decent shot and the rest would sort of just float on out but now I get about 4-5 nice long streams that just fly out. Its great.
