This is a pic but it's only a 1/2 inch inside diameter. Try buying a 1 1/2 inch inside diameter ring first and put it on sliding one testicle in at a time. Then pull down to see if it will come off. If it does, go smaller. I use 1 1/4 and it's a nice tight fit.
Remember, if you can put it on, you can get it off. I got a little scared the first time I tried to remove them. I started with 6. I now wear 10 2-3 times a week. I wear them until my skin starts burning from the stretch. Then I let the burn linger a little (30-60 minutes) and remove one. Repeat until you've had enough and let em hang.
I also find that if you lube up first, you can slide them on easier. Most hardware stores will have them in different thickness. I bought a couple in the thin size because getting that first one on is hard because your testicle will try to slide into your body. I use a second thin one to put on at the end because I'm usually stretching pretty good and don't have a lot of room to work with.
Also when feeding the second testicle through, pull the ring toward that side to increase the space and pull the skin through and your testicle should follow. You WILL get trapped at times and have to either push through (obviously be careful) or abort and try again. I will say that my nuts aren't as sensitive to pain anymore.
I use the 1 1/2 ring first since I paid for it and it makes the testicle a little less likely to slide up into me. Start out with 6 (I was pretty tight so you should be able to do that) then each day move up until you get that burn I was telling you about. It shouldn't happen too fast. You want to stretch the skin for a long time. I first wore them for about 4 days (took them off at night to make sure I could monitor) and got up to 8 and that was a good burn about 1/2 way through the day and I just kept em on.
Good luck
