Hi guys!
Just had myself a 40 mins long session today, with a 10 min pre-haning with 11lbs.
then I did 30 mins of stretching.
Bundled stretches - up, down.
DLD's Expressive Stretches
And some basic stretches.
It felt good during, but I have never had a sore sensation after a session, and I doubt I ever will.
I am a bit concerned though.
Even though rewrap it after hanging, and lets some new blood get into it.
I tend to get swelling on the head, and some "xtra/looser skin" at some places..
All of it goes away again, but im a bit concerned about it.
What do you guys do with it? do you guys care? have you tried this for a long time, but none of it meant anything? What are your experiences?
