Okay. It's really not complicated I will explain.

Simply put it is this program from @DLD's program SRT. SRT is also the fundamentals of penis enlargement.

Everyone that are gaining penis size need to use the information in SRT, even if they are not following the program strictly. SRT needs to be implemented.

So this is the program, that are recommended.

I don't know anything about what vaccum/pressure that is recommended, because I'm only are using Bathmate pumps, and they have no pressure gauge.

1. But what I do is first do, 5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq to loosen up Tunica albigunea. Slow Squash Jelq's are done with 70-80% erection.

2. Then you get yourself into 100% erection, and put your penis into the pump.

Optimal would be to stay inside the pump for 5 minutes. Sometimes I loose water with Bathmate and get air pockets in the pump (pumping with water), so I need to remove the pumpnand then re-pump. This only happens because I try to pump up to fast.

But you do not have to deal with water, so stay 5 minutes inside the pump. Do Kegels while you are inside the pump to boodt the erection level and get in more blood = more expansion (maximum expansion).

With Bathmate I try to increase the vaccum/pressure to the highest level progressively so when the last minute is up I have the highest pressure/vacuum.

@hugh-girth can guide you with the guidance of the level of vaccum/pressure you should have. Water pumping is a little diffrent to air pumping. As I said I have no gauge on my Bathmate pumps, and I'm just going with the feeling in my penis. Not the safest method but for me it works.

Summary.
Follow the SRT girth program, and stay inside the pump for 5 minutes is the best way to go.
As I said @hugh-girth will help with the recommendations of the level of pressure/vaccum. He will see this message, just wait a bit fir his response.

If you are using a pump that has a gauge and you are also new to pumping, you want to stay at 5hg throughout each 5 minutes pumping set. You will notice that the pressure is reducing as you stay inside the pump so occasionally, you will pump back to 5hg.

It is easy. At the end of your session, get yourself erect and measure your temporary expansion. The maximum mid shaft expansion I've gotten with the mityvac is 0.75 but it rarely happens. I get 0.5 most times.

I don't remember. I started expressive stretches when I did not feel enough intensity in my inner penis and ligaments.

But it's beneficial to do bundled stretches, before a girth session.

I would like to ask a last question if possible, please @DLD or @squirt_inducer_man
First, sorry for asking so many things - it is in my job's nature and in my nature to analyze things and since I haven't got any result at all, I need to make sure that whatever I do - Is the right thing to do - the right way.
When we do SSJ, we push AGAINST each other hand with force - bending the penis - making it feel the force (matters of size video, the last video with the guy wearing the MOS shirt) or we just clamp base and behind glans, and we just move it like the first video?
Second, how do I know I am healed enough for another session? Must we heal before another session?
Third, Should someone increase reps over time? Is it a good practice or a bad? For example, should 5x5x3 become 5x5x4 and then 5x5x5?
Fourth, I would like the answer based on the assumption that all tools are present (lengthmaster, jim banadage, mosred, mityvac/bathmate etc)

You should not be completely heald for the next session, you must force the tissue to expand. And it's good when it gets a little bit tired. If you start once per day, 5 days per week. You can also feel when your tissue needs rest. Your tissue can act with a permanent shrinkage when you need to rest a little bit longer.

The turteling directly after session do not count, that will happen if your not using MOSRED and a pel.wrap/sleeve or SiliStretcher on low tension.

I'm doing 5X5X3 once per day now, and I'm still growing.

Can we take these questions in this thread instead?

I'm using force as well (It's me in the second video in post #131), but maybe not as much as in the first video. But I'm using sufficient force for growth. The important is the expansion between your hands.
Your goal is not to explode your penis just to make the tunica albuginea, to expand more and more until the temporary expansion becomes permanent (with enough time). Both manual girth exercises and pumping are necessary for making this happen in a relatively short timespan (compared to just doing SSJ's/Jelq's only).

Your goal is to push and manipulate the blood between your hands (in your penis) to create expansion (temporary expansion). Then you pump and you are able to push up the temporary expansion even further. On the last set you should see the biggest expansion inside the pump (Doing only: 🔗 SRT 5x5x3).

In this video you see that the expansion between my two hands are substantially bigger then my naturally relaxed state, this is the important thing.

The important thing is to keep the temporary expansion going during the session, and with time this will loosen up tunica albuginea and make your Erected Girth bigger.

If you are seeing at least +0.5 Inch increase in your Erected Girth immidiatly after a session you are good.

That means I did everything wrong. What I was doing was jelqing each hand towards each other until they meet (with force) while I see that you hand clamp base, hand clamp behind glans. Holding tightly there with enough distance between hands and moving-bending the penis in a cyclic direction expanding the shaft which I guess this is what I have to do taking into account I never saw an expansion in my penis.

That is true. It was probably a year ago I did go to the gym on a consisten basis.

I have lost a lot of muscle mass now, so I need to get back there.
Bread messed with my stomach to much, so I quit that.

For me pumping with water give me more expansion.
You can do that with MityVac as well, if you use the water trap.

I tried to move the clamp lower from glands and to tight the clamp more for a better grip on the shaft (i have around 2cm of space left between the upper and lower clamp. Not sure how much i should close it) but it still happens and i feel its holding me back from streching harder because i don't want to hurt the glands.
I also don't pull stright to the glands but i bend the lm and then pull as i saw your suggestion for that.
Any advice?

2. since the clamp is around 4cm long i assume the streching starts only from where it ends which is not much. Isn't it lost of streching space? With hand stretch the fingers would take 1cm+.. living more penis streched.

3. What is the weird strap in front of the penis going out from the clamp? Can i remove it?

Overall i feel the streches as i never did before like good deep pain inside, and im still work my out gradually.

I have done pe 8 years ago and gained 0.4 inches in length doing just newbie routine then i stopped and i think i lost those gains obviously after i stopped

But i was 18 and my dick got bigger naturally and i was happy with my size
But Recently i gained weight and my fat pad got bigger and i lost some nbpel

So i got back to pe and im 4 days into it doing newbie routine and i want to gain 1cm-1.5cm in length


My questions are:
Which way is faster to gain back the length i lost due to getting fat
Doing pe or losing weight or doing both together?

will dieting while doing pe affect gains due to lack of nutritions and calorie restriction?

Will i regain those 0.4 inches i gained 8 years ago fast now or will it be like i never done pe before?


I will appreciate your advice and sorry for talking too much

Both. Get LengthMaster 3 and it will happen fast.
You didn't increase the intensity progressively that was the reason you didn't gain more, and you stopped and lost the gains because you did not cement the gains.

I was on a 20:4 diet for 1 year and lost ~32 kg body mass, and I gained a lot of length. A good diet will make you gain super fast. My diet consisted of lots of meat and eggs.

The feeling of the glans hurting is really common in the beginning, I felt it to. With time it will be easier.

Make sure you stretch at an angle and clamp down all the way. Your penis needs to be 100% flaccid. When clamping down hold on your glans during the entire process, to make sure there is less blood in there.

If you are only looking to recover 1 - 1.5 cm, that should happen pretty quickly. Diet will not make any difference in terms of recovering length, in my opinion, and losing weight will obviously make you appear longer. I would definitely do both.

A calorie restricted diet in conjuction with the newbie routine should be enough to get you there in a few months or less.

I did not state anywhere above that diet isn't important; I said, in my opinion, that it won't make any difference in terms of RECOVERING length, as this usually happens very quickly, based on so many testimonies over the years.

Ps i felt today my penis is hurt even with extender (after 3 days LM). I took day off and then today LM session was still dificult like it didn't heal yet and still in pain.

Hard extender work and lengthmastering are to intense for the penis, if you do both at the same time. You will not allow the tissue to heal between the sessions, if you are stretching hard with the Length;aster 3 + stretching hard with an extender.
If you are using an extender, then that should only be used to keep your penis in an elongated healing state. Stretching with LengthMaster 3 is enough to increase your length.

But make sure you keep your penis in an elongated state at all times during the day.

In any sustainable growth and maintenance, nutritional diets and constant work are required. Think of your physiological muscles. You can pump to gain, but when you stop, you get muscle degradation and degeneration. Just like PE, gains need cementing and maintenance.

Bundle stretches is the go to active and aggressive method. I incorporated the bundle stretches into a semi active method with hanging as well while stretching my tight muscles from too much cycling or during resting. Do remember that too much exertion can damage your penis. Pay attention to the pain limitations your body is telling you. When I restarted, my pain limitations was around 2kg of weight. After a few weeks, my weight limit is around 3.4kg. Do realize that you must allow your penis the time to progressive adapt from 1kg toward the upper limits.

Critical points take home:
1. Short burst stretches to initiate micro tears. Never force weight load beyond what your penis is telling you. Sharp pains are the limits. Dull pains before the sharp is what you're looking for.

2. Solidify the tears with new growth using all day stretcher (ADS) or wrap with constant tension no greater than 1.2kg. I do emphasize on the 1.2kg limit. Do not exceed this. At the start, I could only handle around 6 hours before my glans got very sensitive. Now, I can push to 24 hours with ease again. Some like to use the traction device but it's too bulky. I prefer the ADS with the vacuum cylinder. Easy to put on and remove when needed. Easy to put tension according to my needs.

So far, this is only me, I easily cemented 0.7cm after 3 months of continual work. What you put in is what you get out.
