Great work out. I think you should try some weight with the SiliStretcher because it’s truly amazing and if you try the Reverse Pyramid Hanging method length will really come quickly. Does ROP stand for ring of power?

This sauna you keep mentioning...Is this near your home or in your home?

Sauna is a common element in most Finnish homes. :) Although recent buildings and homes might be utilizing usual sauna space for other things. Some might get infrared saunas, those range from 1000-2000 USD to my best memory. But I'm certainly not Bruce Wayne! ;) Closest local public sauna is about 3 kilometers (less than 2 miles) from me, where there's also a lake. Haven't swam in that lake for a longer time though. And last time I was in a public sauna it was in Japan, in a bath house. (Osaka, next to the Osaka Tower actually.)

Thanks! I'll be adding more weight as soon as possible, might get some weights next week. I'll drop by a local recycling center shop, could find some suitable weights.
And yes, ROP is Ring of Power. I think I'm getting positive reactions due to wearing it, I wear it just for several hours a day, not 24/7. I see it as a balancing element as I've had certain imbalance. Losing the excess weight helps the most I think, the ROP has enhanced metabolism for some men.

Yesterday I had my first slip off! :D This was user error on my behalf, really. I used the longer sleeve but I think I hadn't inserted my glans far enough to the bell. Went outside to do some outdoor work and felt it slipping, slipping and whoomph. Didn't really show up that badly from under my large size wool sweater.

Anyhow, yesterday's regime was:

13:58 8.4.2019 2½ weight hanging
14:21 8.4.2019 weight off
14:23 8.4.2019 SS on
21:00 8.4.2019 SS off

It's still quite moderate amount of what I do, especially hanging wise. I'll be going to town by Friday to get my hair cut. For over a year I've cut it myself and I want to treat myself. Money has been tight. Thank goodness this barber / hairdresser I'll visit doesn't charge too high. Overall if you want to get a haircut in Sourthern Finland you need to cough up 25 -30 USD. And as I have curly hair not every barber or hairdresser knows how to cut it well. That's why I have managed the barbering myself. I got the motivation from Casey Neistat actually. Not my favorite vlogger or anything but I saw him cutting his own hair and I thought: "heck, if a guy who just did a multimillion deal cuts his own hair, surely I can as well!"

Supplemental wise I'm taking a two day break from Tribulus. Several supplements are better when you do a cycle, such as Maca, Tribulus, Tongkat Ali (Longjack) and several more.
Waiting for my delivery of Shilajit, The Fountain's Beauty Molecule liquid supplement and Grape Seed Extract and Cayanne capsules, among few other items.
Eating more vegetables, I should get some pineapple more often. (My top 5 favorite fruit.)
With hydration I feel confident, there's always a jug of water next to me.

Anyway, ascending and descending, I'm shy of the scale but I need to weight myself this week.
Also, I think I'll do measuring by Saturday, I could take Friday a lot easier PE wise, I'll be on the move anyway.

I'm still using the Ring of Power. Together with the supplementation I've taken I feel that there's less brain fog and that I've been able to do more on a daily basis. I'll be working out and come Summer, I will ask for new blood tests.

Hey there, Ark! I'm excited for you about your transformation. :)

I don't have specific routine advice, but I'll say this much: for your body composition goals really put your focus on a good diet. It's about the quality of the calories as much as it is about the quantity. "Abs are forged in the kitchen." Having said that, the more muscle mass you have, the easier it is to lose weight. So including actual resistance training -- calisthenics will do nicely -- will certainly help.

If you are doing resistance training to build muscle, then be wary of the scale. The muscle you build will interfere with your numbers there and make it seem like you are not making progress even if you're burning fat.

Those slip offs can be pretty scary. Back in the day people use to tie a string to their ADS so if it fell it wouldn’t fall that far. ? But with a SiliStretcher it is pretty hard to slip.

Thank you for your concern with my health. I’m not out of the woods but at least I’m home where I can be with my family and brothers.

Your journal is amazing and it shows that you’re having a lot of fun with what you’re doing. And remember there are so many lurkers every day watching us, If we perform well and show that gains are possible we may be able to bring some of these people into the fold.

Thanks @Brawn Johnson ! Yes, my muscle "building" is mostly just utilizing my own body weight. And yes, I recall that muscle mass can weight more than fat so the scale isn't always the best meter of progress.
Got to pay more attention the quality of the food.

~20:20 dancing game for ~30 minutes, 5x5x3 routine with Bathmate, wore cockring and Ring of Power after.
I don't wear the cockring for very long, I monitor the warmth and expansion, sometimes I take it off and do few Slow Squash Jelqs and then put it the cockring back on. Very variable!
0:49 10.4.2019 20 minutes of 2½lbs hanging (Just felt like doing one more hanging session)

Already done something today.

I'm feeling a good stretch. Erection quality has been good, last night I noticed that I had worked out myself to some exhaustion.
Session by session, day by day, I'll keep this train moving on!

Supplemental wise, Dopa Mucuna (800mg) and NAC (500mg) last night.
Going to get some blood tests done, I'll pick up with Tribulus tomorrow. There's one special pill I need to take, they'll test for hyper cortisol or something.

I am personally happy that I've been able to do something on a daily basis. There is still a lot to go forward but I've gone past certain point anyhow, so I'll keep the momemtum on!

One Tribulus today so far, so daily intake is at 500mg after two doses. (I usually have two warm meals a day and I take the Tribulus after those.)
Had one blood test done today, I'll know the resullts likely at the end of the month. It was a Dexamethasone suppression test. Just a final ruling out of any issues. I suspect everything just boils down to me not being active enough.
I feel relatively confident about the suppression test, I think I had a reaction to it when I went to bed, but I'll know for sure later.

I took the Silistretcher off by 20:45 yesterday, I felt that I had got a good stretch and just relaxed after that.

Today I started at 13:39 doing three 20 minute 2½ lbs hanging sets. Yes, I need to invest in more weight to be able to do Pyramid Sets and more advanced hanging. But it's been nice to get a hang of things. ;)
Hanging for 20 minutes, few stretches and yanks. By writing the process has always seemed like such a big hassle to me but in practise it's so easy! Especially with the Silistretcher, I think I'm spoiled for life. :D

I put the Silistretcher on by 15:11 and as today is Thursday, it's sauna evening! That means 5x5x3 routine.
Tomorrow is Friday and I'll be running some errands etc., so I'll likely take an off day and Saturday I might not do much before evening time as I'm considering taking measurements by Saturday evening.
So I want to have at least 24 hours without PE to see the real measurements, some do say 48 or 72 hours would be best to measure real expansion.
Measuring for me is somewhat nerve wrecking (I believe it can be so for many of you as well!), I'll take 25mg of Sildenafil to produce the same kind of measuring conditions as I did last time. Anyway, after the measuring that dose will benefit my 5x5x3 routine greatly.

I know what you mean by measuring anxiety...I have to put measuring out of my mind and then sneak up on my penis to do it. Look forward to your results!
 
Yup, measuring can be tricky! I feel that taking a video takes some stress away, that's what I did last time.
And I did use some Sildenafil (25mg) to ease the process.

I forgot to put a timestamp yesterday when I took the Silistretcher off! I assume it was around 8 PM, before my cardio workout. I did the 5x5x3 routine in the shower. Almost didn't do the third rep but pushed on and did it!
Afterwards I just relaxed, wearing a cockring and ROP.

I've been using the Ring of Power on a daily basis. Today is an off day like I had "planned." Got my hair cut by a professional (hadn't done that in a while, I've cut my hair by myself for a while already) and ran some other errands. Managed to pick up silicone tubing for my Ring of Powers as I had ran out of decent length bits. They wear out after a certain period and as they're clear, you can see some oxidation on the ends where the rods are. To me I see it as a fact that there's a current flowing, something is happening.

I also found some plate weights from the recycling center! They were a bit hidden but I bought two 0.75kg (~1.6lbs) and two 1.25kg (~2.76lbs) weights. So, with the weight received with the Silistretcher I can do ~10 lbs hanging if I wish to. :) I'll build up to it, for sure!

I feel anxious about trying some more weights right now but today is an off day as I plan to measure tomorrow. I'll likely measure quite late in the evening.

As it was a nice day outside today, although a bit windy, I lit up a cigar (I smoke cigars quite rarely, shouldn't smoke at all, but no relaxation at all is worse than a small vice once in a while) and went for a walk to nearby natural park. I made 0,30 Euro cents as I found two recyclable cans! ? Cleared few other trashes away that I found, I was glad that I didn't find too much litter. Lots of dog poop though, but that will break down.

When it comes to measuring the penis has a mind of its own, what the heck am I saying? The penis has It’s own bring brain! ? The second the penis sees a ruler with its cyclops eyehead it decides to not cooperate! So you got to be tricky with the Dickie! Have a ruler and a camera all set in a location close to where your training and right when you’re in the middle of the best erection you’ve ever had grab the ruler grab the camera and take a picture as fast as you can! fool the penis!

If this does not work then simply take a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement which will always be consistent no matter how shy the penis is?
 
Alright, managed to do some measuring. I wasn't expecting much, but some ascend has happened!
My flaccid stretched length, which I failed to measure last time though, seems to be at 6.8", not too far from 7"! Overall I've felt I've done something right with my training.

Then the erect measurements, I stated 6" in my starting post, at the moment it's very close to 6.2". Erect girth is about that 5", 5.1" if I really push it. Clamped I can get to bigger numbers, but I haven't clamped in a while.
Should implement it to my routine at least on some days.
Measuring is nerve wrecking but it's necessary to keep track of if things are advancing or not. I feel that my direction is right but that I can add more intensity! Now that I have some more weights, I shall hang a bit more and do those pyramid or reverse pyramid sets. Need to re-read the thread and really grasp how I'll approach it.
Oh yes, measuring was done so that for over 24 hours I hadn't done any PE, only wore my Ring of Power, I don't count that. :P

Weight has gone down slightly, about a kilo to kilo and a half, two pounds, give or take. Doing what I can to be more active, today was a cleaning day, that was some cardio. Now some dancing game and after that 5x5x3 routine! :)

Well congratulations on that gain, I knew that was going to be a gain I just wasn’t sure how much. But I’m very excited that you did make your fain and I’m extra excited that you’re going to start using the Reverse Pyramid Hanging methodology. I bet your next measurement you’ll see more than a half inch increase! I am pushing this routine hard because I know damn well that it works very quickly and this is based COMPLETELY on theory, That is just how confident I am!

Yes, it isn't much but then again I'm only beginning to introduce more work into my "routine." I've always been quite lazy. More so I want to keep things fun and thankfully I've been able to do that!

Yesterday I only did 5x5x2, just wasn't feeling my best so I kept my session shorter. I think the amount of cardio that I did was one culprit, but overall it was a good day anyhow.

Today I did somesort of a Pyramid Hanging routine, felt a really nice stretch and pull!

Been doing the 500mg daily Tribulus and NAC, waiting for my shipment of other stuff.
One shipment should come tomorrow, but it's more on a cosmetic side. I've ordered some stuff from Deciem, several products from the Ordinary range. Actually one member from MoS suggested the shop longer time ago. (Thanks @Mick09 ! )

This is very smart and probably something I should’ve suggested to people in the actual SRT routine and I will add that today. If you can get additional bundled stretching in at various times throughout the day it’s only going to benefit you. More we bundle the lease or the Tunica becomes making gains that much easier.

So, I did some re-reading about the Pyramid method and did something like this:

Yeah, it looks like a mess! It was a good set! That starting weight really was a good hang. After the last set I put the Silistretcher on but it is really close to bed time. I had some stuff to do by daytime and doing my "routine" shifted to a later time.
Lately I've noticed more strength and virility in my unit. Still missing those good ejaculations, I don't know if I'll have more tests done. Maybe by Summer if it really doesn't pick up in force and volume, if I can get the doctor(s) take me seriously.
Shooting a good load of several ropes was so fun, I want that fun back, I'm not ready to give it up! :)
Just got to keep up with my Kegels and descending the weight to balance out other muscles as well.

Low Silistretcher wear amount today, I think by today (when I wake up) I can get more hours in!

I got my cosmetics package and the Beauty Molecule supplement. It doesn't taste great but it isn't too bad. Reminds me of certain things I've tasted abroad. Also bought some more nuts (walnuts this time) and pineapple. I really like nuts but can't go too crazy on them, most of them have high fat content. While the fat is good, excess still isn't good. And for example, Para Nuts (Brazil nuts) have high selenium content so just two a day is enough.

Alright, time to get some shut eye and get back to training as I get up!

Yeah, with the whole hanging thing I'm "catching up." Today I didn't get any hanging done, just wore the Silistretcher from 15:15 to 21:20.
Did a light 5x5x3 routine as before the routine I noticed some slight discomfort; a small cut on my frenulum.
Nothing drastic, just a small tiny "pinhole", but sometimes the smallest things hurt the most, due to nerve connections and all that jazz.

I applied some Betadine cream, it has worked for me before very well. Might do a low hanging set tomorrow but I'll see how the discomfort level is. Doing Kegels when I remember, although that muscle group needs a rest occasionally as well.

Keeping my head in the game and staying consistent! As I'm uncut the frenulum can heal easily over night. :)
