I know you said you set your project on halt except some pumping/clamping but I think I've read once you're owning an extender too?
Why don't you try to go the passive way and try to wear an extender? Don't get me wrong, I don't know your circumstances but I think it's possible for most people, even if they work 12h a day, to wear an extender for 2-4h being at home, especially as the most people are often chilling on the couch in the evening and watching series or sitting in front of the computer.
I think anything is better than nothing and by wearing such a thing 4-6h below your pants, or maybe if you're living alone you can wear a rod extender on intense tension you should also be able to see some gains.
What would you think about it and maybe you also want to share why you take the project on halt.
Don't get me wrong, don't wanna try to push you to get back or anything as life sometimes is very bad and pe is just a 'hobby' and nothing necessary, but think about the option that wearing an extender could also give you some gains and that even in a passive way

so I really think you could at least do some extender wearing if you're not having health issues and as you've stated something about 'keyboard warrior', pe is about practice time, posts don't bring gains

but posting is much more comfortable than doing practical training. I'm just quite active here because I'm doing pe exercises beside.
But maybe instead of being active in the forum, use that time for practical training.
Use an extender while you're in front of your computer/notebook or do some hanging as you're already more than experienced.
Everytime you're catching yourself being unproductive, chilling on the couch/bed and doing nothing, just listening to music, watching a movie or series, just stretch on your dick
