I've considered getting surgery for this; just not until 5 years from now when I've reached my Penis Enlargement goals. At that point I figure I'll be too busy with work to want to take on the manual task, and I'll have some extra $$ since I never seem to buy anything. If you do get surgery, I'd suggest reaching your Penis Enlargement goals first, otherwise you'll just get turkey neck again.

Wear a ball ring or ball strap that weighs them down, that can help over time with turkey neck, I think it might even eliminate it.

Yeah dude, by the time you reach your length goals some of the turkey neck should have gone away if you avoid exercises that stretch it.
