applying heat w/ girth routine....

Many apply heat when pumping and clamping. I seen the difference when applying heat; a much more favorable difference. I take a bowl of water and microwave it for 5 minutes then dip a cloth in the water for my hot compress when pe-ing. As time goes by the water cools down and I have to heat more water; this is a burden. Is there an electric hot compress for an alternative?
 
it depends on whether or not you may want a snack in the middle of your workout. i am picking haha... just microwave hard rice in a sock to heat it up.
