I'm fat as fuck.
I'm im the process of changing my diet to healthier stuff, but I'm not quite there yet. I'm going to the gym once every second day, once I get my lisence back I can probably go once a day at least. When I do I wanna get into some hardcore training like them UFC dudes.
Anyway, I have my own business from home (a website to be exact) which requires me to be at the computer a lot... of course sitting on my ass at a computer for so long aint good
anyway I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for how I could keep my metabolism up while working from home. any sort of secret high tech device or something simple. anything
I literally don't know anything about healthy stuff aside from vegetables good, doritos smothered in nacho cheese bad. :blush:
