Go for 7-8 inches 9-10 is awesome but 7-8 is a more obtainable goal.Most of the cooks on adult entertainment are only 7-8 it's all lenses and camera angles that make them look huge!!!
The ppm works good but I find the latex rubber thingys wear out to much but you can replace them with cheap balloons I believe.
