I don't get putting it together, when to use it, how often and etc. I'm so lost and It's really frustrating. I feel dumb. Can anyone make it as easy and simple as possible for me? I'm trying to add it to my workout and it's just not clicking

there is a few different ways to attatch it, and im not talkin about how to strap yourself into the headpiece, but rather the method you use to get all the bars on and into the headpiece and so on.
