Hello, I'm a newbie to P.E

Well here's the thing, I'm willing to put all the time, effort and commitment to Penis Enlargementing cause I know for a fact that if you wanted something good in life (what's better than the penis you've always wanted?) then you'd have to work and make a commitment to do what ever it takes to get it.

It's like i just set foot in a freakin' emergency room. Fuck! i mean, one day you're on this forum (this one) everyone's positive, encouraging and on that forum, it's like a freaking war zone. where everyone's talking about "Loss of feeling" and "Numbness" ...

Sorry for the long post, but I'm really kinda scared. Don't get me wrong, I'd die for a bigger penis. I'm just confused and hoping that some of the more experiences Penis Enlargementers would possibly ease my mind.

I understand how you feel IM WAY SCARED to try pumping, clamping, and hanging. so a came up with a intense jelq routine that works great for me. dont worry, try some stuff out and im sure you will find something that works.
 
Just ease into it, pal, with the jelqing. Don't jelq at maximum erection and stop whatever you're doing if you feel a sharp pain. I recommend 30 % to
50 % erect--no more. Slowly, ever so slowly increase the length and intensity of your sessions. Just relax and enjoy the process. Most injuries come from too intense a routine or they didn't warm up properly. It takes a while to condition your cock--like any other part of your body, so "easy does it."

Forget about all the hanging, pumping, clamping, etc. Follow your instinct in this regard. The severe injuries are rare. I knew one fellow who had what he called permanent injury from jelqing at 100 % erect. These kinds of things do happen, but they're rare.
 
be rest assured if you do shit right, you won't injure yourself. I pushed my dick to the limit (paid off) sometimes too risky but never ever had an injury.
 
Thanks guys for your posts, it really meant alot. I was like freaked out and at the same time like going nuts that i couldn't start P.E

anyway, gonna take it slow and see what happens. about the warm-ups, i was thinking of making them a little longer (feels good anyway ;) ) maybe that would gimme a lil sense of safety know what i mean?

the best thing i find is warm up for 20 mins, then it'll be nice and loose for you to manipulate. then warm down for antoher 20-30 afterwards.
 
i look at it just light weigth training...you try to do too much too soon and you are going to increase you chances for an injury...but if you condition yourself...and take gradual steps...you should be fine...there are risks in anything you do...but like samzman say...a good warmup and warmdown will decrease the chances...and just take your time...don't try the harder exercises until you feel like your body can handle it...good luck

thanks man, i was planning to make my warm up sessions longer. but 20-30 minutes sounds conservative enough. hey, how do u do warmups? hot/warm water? heating pad? i mean which do u find better?

thanks man, this helped a lot. one question though, how do i know if I'm ready to crank it up a notch? i mean do i like stick with the newbie routines for a couple of months then increase the intensity or maybe the reps? i know i'm gettin' a lil ahead of myself here, but hey, never hurts to be prepared.
