I guess it could help with tunica stretching since it is in an upward position. Worth a try for the price.

The tunica is a layer of dense tissue that surround the inner penile shaft. When we stretch in low positions much of the stretch is taken up by the ligaments but as we start to stretch in higher positions more of the stress goes to the tunica instead of the ligaments. When you are stretching at a full upper position all of the stretch is going to the tunica.

So it would probably be best to couple that with hanging weights and manual stretches for the best result?
