I'm a student in college who has had a long history of being ADD. I can't concentrate for shit unless I really really push myself. So my friend is on 20mg's of Adderall XR and I asked him a few times if I could have one. The results were amazing, even after only a few times of taking them. Even if I'm not supposed to feel the full effects unless I take them for a few weeks straight, I still believe it helped. If nothing more, the psychology of me taking something that is supposed to help, could have helped in itself. I currently don't have any insurance and don't have the money to pay to go to a doctor, so what I'm asking is: Do you think I'd be able to find this online? If so, could you suggest some sites for me?

As a side note, I noticed no side effects in my short time taking it; I wasn't hyper or anything, so I figured it did what it was supposed to do.

Adderall XR is for ADHD, and they are legally amphetamine tabs(with reciepe tht is).
Because people with ADHD, has hard to conscentrate because of their hyperactivity. So then they basicly get amphetamine, so the effect is like morphine foe them.

Otherwise you get to know a dealer(drug), and buy amphetamine, then take small doses, not big ones. There are meth(meth-amphetamine), but its a hell lot stronger.

Adderall and Adderall XR for ADHD
Like Ritalin, Adderall is a stimulant, but instead of being made of methylphenidate, Adderall is a mixture of different amphetamine salts. It can help to reduce or improve the symptoms of ADHD, including having a short attention span and/or being hyperactive and impulsive.
Adderall is a short acting stimulant and is generally given twice a day.

Adderall XR is a long acting form of this stimulant that can be given just once a day, so that children don't have to take a lunch time dose. It usually lasts 10-12 hours in many children.

Dosage
As with other stimulants, the usual philosophy is to start with a low dosage and then work your way up as needed, either until it is working well or the child is having untolerable side effects.
In general, the dosage of Adderall is about 1/2 that of methylphenidate (Ritalin) containing products, so 20mg of Ritalin would be about equivalent to 10mg of Adderall.

Adderall is approved for use in children over age 3 years.

Well, I don't have ADHD, just ADD. When I took them before (when I wasn't trying to study :cool:) they made me really hyper because I took too many of them. I would hate to have to buy them from a dealer for like $3 a piece or something.

Adderall is basicly legal (with prescription) speed. I imagine buying it online would be pretty shady as it is closely watched and easily abused. You might want to look into stratera as an alternative unless you are confident that you can manage your speed.
 
Well, the people who are ADHD use adderall to concentrate as well as to calm them down, which is why I mentioned that I wasn't hyper or anything when I took it. It just helped me concentrate a LOT better.
