For those of you that all-day-clamp, how tight do you constrict? I use cable clamps, like most people around here do. I clamp around the entire package and "click" down 3 or 4 times when flaccid.
It gets me nice and thick when I'm hard, but only marginally so when flaccid. I do it that way since, if I tighten the clamp any more, the area around my vas deferens starts to ache when I'm erect for an extended period.
You might want to try using a hose clamp a la crazyed27. I've found that's much more comfortable that the cable clamp around the whole package, and you can go tighter if you want, and you'll REALLY get a nice low thick hang.
