ADC and ADS at the same time

For those who clamp, I was curious if you'd ever all-day-clamped and all-day stretched simultaniously, and if you've encountered any problems from doing that.
 
I think it would be alright if you used the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tlctugger[/words] or the ventless one. I have experimented with ADC around the entire package and light tugging.
 
I have done both at the same time. I use the ventless [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] and have clamped while wearing it. I can only do this combo for an hour or so at a time. When the penis gets fatter from the clamp, the head starts to move and grow in the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]. This can cause some irratation after a while. I think with some conditioning, I could get used to it.

This problem with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] only happens when I clamp at the same time.
 
yeah, I think I would stick with doing clamping by itself, though I never really tried both at the same time, so I couldn't tell ya.

I would be hesitant to try it.
