Hey all. Lately after I cum my penis has been having an achy feeling on the inside. It's usually after my second ejaculation of the day. I talked to my doc he feels i masturbate too much. I ejacualte anywhere from 3-6 times a day about 5-7 times a week. I was wondering if anyone else had this experience and is that really an excessive amount?

What the fuck dude? 3-6 times a day?! 5-7 times a week?! You're fucking crazy. Hahaha, I'm kidding. In all honesty, yes you're ejaculating way too much. Keep it to 1 ejaculation every 3-4 days. Problems can occur with it. Look up the issues with ejaculating too much and you'll find out why you should stop.

I come every other day at the most. This helps my training.
I masturbate once everyday. If I abstain from Masturbation for 5 days, I get the very strong erection and my penis becomes longer. I know all my measurements are not accurate because I masturbate daily.
Completely normal to feel some aching after masturbation. I get it and sometimes it is too achey to go a second time. I practice refractory exercises to close the gap between erections. My best yet is 5 erection in a row after ejaculation. After this is was sore for days
