Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

31.08.23- Did 60 mins of BTC-B stretches in one session. Really rode that fatigue out. Gonna try to aim for 60 mins every time even though it takes me 2 hours in total.

Also wore my extender at around 2000 grams of traction for 5 hours in total. No girth routine yesterday though will see if I get one in this evening. Finally got some good coconut/water based lube I can use.

Btw this forum keeps me motivated to keep on doing several hours of PE everyday, so a big thank you to all my brothers on here. Never been part of such a positive brotherhood and forum before.

Plan for now is to go full SRT and see if it speeds up my gaining. Just have to drink more coffee after my evening fitness/strength workout to have the energy to do girth work late in the evening.

So my plan for now is 60 mins BTC-B stretches earlier in the day, wearing my extender for at least 5 hours a day and then SSJ and pumping late evening. If I don’t gain from doing all this, around 8 hours of PE everyday then nothing will make me gain again. Though I have complete faith that I’ll see some gains soon.
 
01.09.23- Did 60 mins of BTC-B stretches in one session. Extended for 5h00mins. Was supposed to do some pumping and SSJ’s as well though got to damn exhausted after an intense 1h05mins long leg workout.

Will see if I find the energy this evening to do pumping/SSJ’s as well as I really do want to follow the SRT routine where a girth routine seems pretty pivotal to do as well.

Took Sunday off for once, actually felt good not to do any PE if just for one day only. Might see if I choose to have Sundays as a day off from now on.
 
Did measure on Saturday and it may seem that I’ve gaine between 2-5 mm all depending on how hard I get. Will measure again on the 1’st of every month due to the amount of PE I’m doing right now with LM3 stretches and extending.

Thank you brother, doing my best. And yes we are pretty close to each other location wise, I’m assuming you live in the Northern part of Sweden? Just guessing since you mentioned the cold weather, cold and rainy right now where I live.

And yes, stretching in a minimum of 30 degrees celcius, sweating like a pig on my last sets of BTC-B stretches because of the heat.😂

Yes! Some winters it can go down to like -27°C, but not to often. But it's cold (between like: -10 and -20 most winters)...and I'm loving it. But even since I started Penis Enlargement I staring to hate the cold. 🙂

I'm jealous. I can't get it that high to 30°C now.
I'm at ~27°C now. I need a top of the line electrical heater, but it's so expensive. Maybe just get a cheap one.
 
If someone are reading this out of context. The heater is to boost up the indoor temperature inside your room.
So you will get maximum elongation of your tissue, during and after your LENGTHMASTER 3 sessions.
 
Routine time! Gotta stop procrastinating, but luckily I’m wearing an extender while procrastinating so getting some work done at the same time. Love my Jes Extender Gold.

Gotta admit I’ve struggled a bit with the motivation part lately, feel like I need to see some proper gains soon to keep it going. Maybe I’ll just measure today and see if there are any definitive gains, I mean I’ve been doing PE now for almost 4 months straight or even longer, and going hard at it.

Just need to see my dick at that 19,5 cm mark, or maybe even better at that 20 cm mark. This forum, my house, my dog, my working out, my fasting and my meditation is all I’ve got to keep going in life. Absolutely zero social life, as much as I hate admitting it. But that’s to expect when all people I’ve hung out with were junkies and drug abusers.

NOT feeling sorry for myself though, just a bit tired of this whole thing called life at times. Life just ain’t the same after having lived the type of life I’ve lived. Heck, sex isn’t even the same after having had sex on ecstacy, cocaine, amphetamines and even when high as those drugs sure do make sex feel even 100 times better. NEVER EVER do what I did though you’ll just ruin normal sex by having sex on amphetamines especially.

So trust me. Working on yourself is the best you can do in life. You will gain so much from that. Personally I don't want to be avarage.

I need to start meditate. If you have time and want to, please write about that. I want to learn that.
Meditation is actually pretty simple all you have to do is focusing on your breath with your eyes closed.
It should be slow and controlled breathing in and out through your nose.

Start by sitting comfortable in a chair, back straight and shoulders a tiny bit forward leaning.

You want to start by filling your stomach with air first then your upper rib cage and all the way until you feel your collar bones rising up as well. When you have completely filled your lungs with air then hold your breath for 3-5 seconds before breathing out slowly and controlled. Breathing in and out should take you like 4-5 seconds each.

When all the air is out of your lungs you then hold your breath again for 3-5 seconds before breathing in, slowly, again.
It takes some practice to really control your breathing, making it go slowly and controlled, completely filling up your lungs from the stomach and all the way up to your collar bone. But after a while it becomes easy and natural to breathe like that.

Do this for at least 10 min though even better if you can do it for at least 20 mins or more. As you get better at it it becomes easier to meditate for longer periods of time. We as humans are made to breath through our nose as it calms down the central nervous system by doing so. Because I have been meditating for so many years breathing in and out through my nose has become automatic and natural for me.

Really reccommend you trying it out as it improves our cognitive function, boosts growth hormone production and increases neuroplasticity. It can also function as if you’re taking a power nap, feeling refreshed and full of calm energy after meditating.

I want you to understand that, time will always come when you will feel like giving up. It happens to everyone and not just once but many times throughout your journey. Just do all you can to train for at least 6 months before measuring. No matter what, do not give up brother.

What you also can do to start off with is finding a bineural beats soundtrack on YT to listen to while meditating or a soundtrack with positive affirmations, whatever you would like, and listen to it through a headset while meditating.

I listen to positive affirmation soundtracks sometimes when meditating and it feels like something I’m just playing in the back of my mind while focusing on my relaxed, controlled breathing. Point is, it’s all about your breathing.

What you also can do is find a mantra that you repeat in your head when breathing, for an example I think «Sat» when breathing in and «Nam» when breathing out. Combined «Sat Nam» means «I am truth» or «truth is my essence».
The words origine is from an ancient Sikh language called Gurmukhi.

11.09.23- Did 40 mins of BTC-BS and 5x5x3 in one session took me about 2h10mins in total and will do my best to stick to this routine everyday.

Also extended for 3h22mins in total, will get more extension time in today as I’m aiming for at least 5 hours a day.

13.09.23- Did my usual 40 mins of BTC-BS and 5x5x3 in one session, 2h10mins of hard, focused work. Reminding myself that I’m only going this intense and hard for a set period of time.

Thinking I’ll be doing it this way until 15’th of June next year as that’s my birthday and my 1 year anniversary of going hard doing PE.

Extended for 5h01mins in total yesterday as well, really making the best of the time that I’ve got and putting in hours of PE on the daily. So thankful I finally have the time in my life to focus 100% on doing PE.
