Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

14.09.23- Did my usual 40 mins of BTC-BS and 5x5x3 got the total time down to 2h05mins.

Also really felt the stretch from the BTC-BS yesterday, a very, very good stretching session and also got a mm or two above 20 cm in the pump yesterday as well. So looking good thus far.

Extended for a total of 4h20mins yesterday as well.
 
I know what you mean about racing thoughts though all you’ve gotta do is to let those thoughts just be there without giving them any sort of attention as thoughts will always pop up in your head.

Just focus on your breathing and the thoughts will be less and not so intrusive. The key to finding inner calmness is to always focus on your deep, controlled breathing when meditating.

When it comes to getting accustomed to meditation it just takes practice and repetition, as in doing your meditation everyday, preferably. Been meditating on and off for over 15 years but in the last 4 years it has basically been a daily practice for me, meditating for at least 30 mins everyday, sometimes up to an hour.

What you also can do to start off with is finding a bineural beats soundtrack on YT to listen to while meditating or a soundtrack with positive affirmations, whatever you would like, and listen to it through a headset while meditating.

I listen to positive affirmation soundtracks sometimes when meditating and it feels like something I’m just playing in the back of my mind while focusing on my relaxed, controlled breathing. Point is, it’s all about your breathing.

What you also can do is find a mantra that you repeat in your head when breathing, for an example I think «Sat» when breathing in and «Nam» when breathing out. Combined «Sat Nam» means «I am truth» or «truth is my essence».
The words origine is from an ancient Sikh language called Gurmukhi.

15.09.23- Did my usual 40 mins of BTC-BS followed by the 5x5x3. Really good stretching and pumping session yesterday as well. Really felt the stretch in my inner penis and squeezed all the blood from my penis head when doing SSJ’s. Got some really good expansion going.

Extended for 5h00mins yesterday as well.
 
17.09.23- Had an easy day yesterday with only 2h02mins of extending. Might take Sundays off from now on so I at least have one day of rest per week.

Didn’t even do my fitness routine, but must say it got a bit boring doing very little yesterday. So will see when next Sunday comes if I take a break/easy day then too. I’m basically addicted to working out and doing PE everyday.😂😂😂

Tested it out, not sure if I did it 100% correct, but it felt like a boost of energy when visualizing it my stomach area.

Thank you again for the tip, always up for trying out different things when doing my meditation.😄

The whole meditation goes through a deep orbit around the whole body spiraling 🌀 the ball of energy up the back of the body and down the front at different points.

Your Welcome just be safe doing it. That’s what I should have advised in the beginning before telling.

Here’s an extra tip focus, breath, spiral and feel it vibrate as it spirals up the back and down the front.

18.09.23- Did 40 mins of BTC-BS, no pumping. But I think I have to take a break from stretching as I have gotten an insane case of tendonitis/inflammation in my elbows and underarms.

It’s even affecting my workouts and even hurts when I’m resting my underarms on my recliner chair, also wake up full off pain in my elbow and underarms. It’s the HARD stretching combined with insane workouts that have caused it.

Will take some days off, at least, from stretching to see if it get’s better since it’s affecting my workouts and hurts like hell even when I do push-ups and pull-ups. Will put my focus, for now, on extending even more than 5 hours per day.

Will see if I also do some pumping/ 5x5x3 before bedtime just to keep my penis engorged and hanging low and full.

Check out Mike Mentzer's training methods. When I received information about his training methods everything changed for me, I even incoperated his methodology into penis enlargement without knowing it. I realized this later.

You don't need to kill yourself/destroy your body in order to have a strong body. It sounds like you have overtrained?

Watch this. This emphasize his approach.

Maybe you need to restructure your training program, because LENGTHMASTER 3 stretches are like a training session as well. I hope you can come back to stretching soon...

A side story:
When I was progressing to lift 251 kilogram in deadlift. I did 1 to 2 sessions of training each week. The rest was for recovery and relaxation. Sometimes I did 3 sessions but that was stretching it. But I was able to lift 251 kilogram in deadlift 1 rep, 3 times at the end of last year. Without knowing it I had used the same approach as Mike Mentzer did.

Then I discovered MOS and penis enlargement, and I lost my peak strength and a lot of fat and muscle mass.

I have the same approach when doing penis enlargement now.

But it's probably not suitable for all training programs, like Kettle bells.

My PI’s(Penis Indicators) are looking really, really good as in a much lower and fuller hang throughout the day and even when I wake up the day after.

Also had RAGING night and morning wood, almost to the point where it hurt. I attribute that to doing my kegels and the extending improving and increasing blood flow.

Still hurts like hell, taking a long time off of using the LM3. Besides that I kinda like using the extender only, contemplating doing full package pumping as well with the Bathmate HydroXtreme.

21.09.23- Did 7h10mins of extending at between 2000-2800 grams of traction yesterday.

I’m really liking the constant longer and fuller hang that I now have 24/7 from extending several hours a day.

Contemplating doing full package pumping as well with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9, will start doing it, just not exactly sure of when I’ll start doing it.

When it comes to the extender I’m mostly(95% of the time) using the Male Edge Pro, which was waaay cheaper than the Jes Extender Gold. I use it with a rubber sheat that I put on behind my penis head,under the strap, to prevent slippage and make it more comfortable to wear.

You need to buy the rubber sheat as well, believe me, as it makes it that much more comfortable. It’s the same company that makes Male Edge and the Jes that sells the rubber sheat as well. The rubber sheat does not come with the extender but you can buy it from a sex-shop or directly from the company producing Male Edge and Jes for a very affordable price.

It cost me like 10-12 $ extra to buy the sheat and it was worth every dollar and it doesn’t get easily worn out. It’s a pretty solid made rubber sheat.

Naah, Swedish is easy for me since I’m Norwegian, German is way more difficult for me to learn. But I love a challenge.😁

I did previously use a different app to try to learn it. I started with phrases, but that app was not that good. You need to learn to write the last thing ypu do. That's the hardest thing.

I know exactly what you mean, have had several African friends and a few Iranian friends as well, speaking Persian.

Yes! It's strange we now what they are saying but not really. I knew they where talking about me one time, and I knew exactly what they have said, but without knowing the language. Really strange.

Yes! It's insane. Don't understand how people manage this?

I will find one...I need to make a change, I'm not getting younger. A desk job would be nice, just to be able to determine my own focus a little more.
 
22.09.23- Did 7h10mins of extending yesterday as well. Around the 7 hour mark seems to be max of how long I can wear the extender during one day.

After that it kinda starts to become more and more uncomfortable but will try to go for 8 hours today none the less.
 
23.09.23- Did 7h20mins of extending. Really closing in on that 200 hour mark though think I’ll wait until 300 hours to measure and see if it’s going in the right direction.

Did measure just a bit about two days ago I must admit, and at my max erection it seems like I’m closing in on 19,4- 19,5 cm. Hoping to see a definitive 19,5 cm measurement or more at 300 hours.

Going for over 2000 hours in total and see from there what I will do next. Right now I think I’ll always be extending a bit everyday for the rest of my life.
 
24.09.23- Did 5h30mins of extending, did not get in more because I overslept, won’t happen again.

Today I also decided to do 3x5 mins of pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 to get a proper donkey dick, penis-head going before putting on the extender.

Need that mushroom sized head to get more grip and no slippage with the extender strapped on. Seems to be working fine as of now so will most likely pump every morning before putting on the extender.
 
25.09.23- Did only 3h02mins of extending yesterday as I had to turn my daily rhythm around. Been awake during the night for about a week and got tired of it always being dark outside when I was awake.

Anyhow, today I will get at least 7 hours done per usual, aiming for 8 and hope I manage to get that done.
