Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Did a split routine yesterday with one AM session and one PM session of 20 min BTC-B stretches each.
Also got in 5h40min of extending at full traction.

Must say my triceps and underarms are so inflamed, especially in my elbow area from working out and stretching so hard, though I will work out and stretch through the pain. Pain makes me feel alive. Especially the good pain from bundling 1,5 times and stretching that penis out.

Edit:
My mistake. First of Mars 2024, I will be 9 inches BPEL. That will be 4 inches increase in BPEL in one year. That's a more realistic goal.

I'm insane in doing it this fast. It's not a normal progression.
That’s some insane gains already and if you gain 4 inches in about a years that’s even more insane. Though at the same time it gives me hope of finally gaining a substantial amount again myself.

2 inches more is all I need, but I know it’ll take both time and consistency.

Thank you brother. I need to get back to it. 2 days rest should do it. I need to be insane otherwise it would not be fun. 😊

But to be studying and all that simultaneously, with PE is a challenge.

You will get 2 inches in no time. Just stay consistent and stretch hard. The future can only be better.

Thank you brother, and believe me, I know how challenging juggling everything you have to do is. Was in a 2 year relationship with a totally insecure, eating herself fatter day by day nightmare of a woman.

I studied, worked, did PE and worked out all while using drugs at the same time when being with her. She could never understand that sometimes I was just too damn tired to please her sexually. Had to walk 30 min each way to the gym and worked out for 1,5- 2 hours at a time, that alone is exhausting.

Anyways, just needed to rant a bit about that. So thankful I’ve now got all the time I need to do PE and whatever else I have to do without worrying about work and studies or a nightmare of a woman.

But you’ve got this brother, despite it being challenging.

I also did walk 30 minutes back and forth to my training facility previously, for years. But PE took over now...so I'm more into cycling and indurance training with the LENGTHMASTER 3 😏, but I'm still strong. I could still lift and walk around with a 60 kg slam-ball, a couple of days ago.

I can only imagine having a girlfriend and trying to reach my strength goal, and penis enlargement goal, and do everything I'm doing now. That would not work. It feels like there is not enough time. I need to optimize my time better.

I know I procrastinate like that was my occupation. 😂 I need to fix this.

Many woman that are fat are really nice, but I could never be with one nowadays.
You can't sacrifice yourself to help other people. Then you would feel trapped in your life.
Good that everything that you talked about is in your past. But I believe that have shaped you to the best version of yourself. Everything have lead you to find MOS. This was the case for me at least.

And yes, I could never be with an overweight woman ever again either, haha. I prefer them a bit fit with big breasts and a great ass. Luckily I’ve slept with some that had all that.
 
If they weight between 60 kg (132 lb) and 70 kg (154 lb) I can carry them with ease. So they should be safe with me.
Yepp, and that’s a perfect weight range for your average woman, but these days they seem to weigh much more than that in general, unfortunately.

No problem carrying a normal sized female, but some are so big I would break my back, haha, and I’m pretty strong like you are too.

Wore my extender at full traction for 5 h 20 mins in total.
 
My mass was over 120 kilogram before, now it's like 94 kilogram. Mass moves mass. That was the reason of my reasoning. But still stong as you, as a Gorilla 🦍💪 😂

Btw I’m like 85 kg in the morning around 90 kg in the evening and 181 cm tall. My dream is to weigh around 90 kg’s in the morning with a visible six-pack don’t know if I’m able to do it though. Time will tell.

I'm 181 cm tall. With 120+ kg I could move it 251 kg in deadlift (1 rep). My Skeletal Muscle Mass was at: 46.9 kilogram (Measured with: InBody 270).

I'm after a more slimmer and flexible and versatile body now.

That’s an impressive deadlift, I could years ago deadlift 200 kg for several reps at only 85 kg. If I remember correctly(haven’t deadlifted in years) my max was 220.

Yeah, I don’t like being too heavy either and found that between 85-90 kg is pretty optimal for me. Then I’m strong, explosive, flexible, have good conditioning and agil all at the same time.

Kinda funny how we are the exact same height, have ADHD and like to work out and do PE. Many similarities that’s why I sometimes call you my brother from another mother.

Now I just have to eat even more good food and then I will be 90 kg’s with a six-pack, thanks for believing in me, I will get there.

We are similar...but I believe we have the same super brain, that's why we connect so well. We have a: Super brain when we can use it to our advantage.

Imagine if the world where built around our type of brain instead. Everything would be much easier for us. I like to wear earmuffs (Øreklokker), when I'm sitting in the classroom. People talk to much.

I totally understand when it comes to people talking too much, used to irritate the heck out of me when I was a student and all the other people in my class were talking during a lecture. It was just too much noise, all the time.

It's hard to focus when you are around unfocused people. I think that sums it ups pretty well. If your 100% focused when you need to (short burst of 3 hours at a time), you will get more done then 99.9% of the rest of the people.
 
Split routine yesterday as well AM 20 mins BTC-B stretches, PM the same 20 mins all performed in a heated environment of 30-32 degrees celcius.

Wore my AndroPenis extender at full traction for a total of 6 h 35 mins. Very good day of PE yesterday.
 
Got up to just a tad over 30, more like 31-32 celcius. It got HOT in my bathroom but I liked it and my penis seemed to like it as well so gonna keep on doing it, did not sweat that much more either. Thanks for another great tip, brother.

Some further information:
It's not enough to warm up your tissue in the beginning of the session, if your environment is cold (like 20°C, and under 27°C), the heat in your tissue will disapate fast if you do not keep adding heat into it, and your environment is to cold.
You will preferably have a heating fan as well blowing into the tissue between your sets, and or the MOS-RED. This will ensure your tissue doesn't get to cold, and it will also help you to keep the temporary elongation between sets. So you then also can keep that temporary elongation after your session for longer.

I have done this during my entire length gain journey. And my belief is that a warm penis, will give you faster gains.

I hope more brothers are realizing this. A cold penis can be one factor, that create more fluid retention then necessary, when being attached in the chamber of LENGTHMASTER 3.

A cold penis will not elongated as much as a warm penis and since you reduce the blood flow in your tissue when being attached into the chamber of LM3. This is even more essential to do (keep adding heat).

It will also be more comfortable to stretch your penis when both your outer penis, inner penis and your ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory) are warm enough. Your warm up time will also be faster. Everything will be better with a warm penis.

Just adding information to make more brothers realize this important factor.

I Also believe that red/nir light (MOS-RED) is essential in the process for maximum elongation and speed up healing time, and keep discoloration at bay...

Thanks for the detailed info, always knew heat was important but you’ve made me realize how important it is with constant heat. Actually noticed my penis hanging a bit lower and fuller between sets, so all good.

Luckily my heater has a built in fan that spreads the heat through my entire bathroom, and I also sit in front of my Infrared lamp inbetween sets just to make sure it’s all really warm and pliable.

That sounds wonderful. Exactly what you want. Maximum elongation between sets. Then you keep that elongation for many hours with an elongation wrap, Sleeve or an extender. That should produce maximum length increase.
 
Just realized I’ve been using the LENGTHMASTER 3 for a little over a month now, had my first routine with it on the 28’th of July. Damn how time flies by.

Btw just got my Male Edge Extender yesterday and I’m already almost extending at full traction with it. It has more traction compared to both the Jes Extender and my Andro Penis Extender.

I think the Male Edge goes up to 2000 grams or was it as much as 2800 grams, need to check it out. Anyways, yes I will have both the Male Edge Premium AND the Jes Extender Gold to see which one is the best and most comfortable to wear.

As mentioned several times before I’m going all in on reaching double digits, though that’s gonna take some time and consistency. But I WILL get there eventually.
 
30.08.23- 40 mins BTC-B stretches in one sitting, really felt that fatigue on the third and fourth set.

Extended at around 2000 grams of traction for 5h05mins as well with my Male Edge. Tomorrow or Monday I’ll receive my Jes Extender Gold, can’t wait to test out the different methods of securing the penis head.

Also, contemplating doing a late evening girth/pumping routine as pumping has given me around 1-2 cm of permanent length before. Just gotta find the energy to do so, which I will. It’s either that or doing an extra 20 mins of BTC-B stretches.
