Are you able to get in the A stretch currently? I remember the first time I tried it it was a little difficult for me and I almost gave up (I was 7 inches BPEL when I did that). Don't give up though if it is hard to do at first, try it in different positions to see which one works best (sitting down, standing up, laying down, etc.)
