a question on kegels

alright so you know when you have to take a piss but you hold it in for a while you are using your "kegel" muscle for that right?
an how about when you gotta take a shit and your holding it in?
im talkin like long periods of time.
for example when your sleeping and you got that early morning piss boner.

do those count as kegels?

not really the same thing. when you kegel you are stressing the bc muscle. Not shitting your pants while you sleep is completly different. Your body is relaxed.
 
LIsten man just look in your PC an move your penis without hand.Move stronger...Now look your penis and do that again,you will see that your penis is moving up little.Now...hold it 5 sek...and again and again....this is KEGELS...

p.s Doing erect kegels i think is more powerful....make erection and do them..when u see that the erection is not erection anymore,make other erection....

Agree, erect raises are a great PC workout. Weighted kegels make it even more intense.
