Was playing around yesterday and I think I made up a new technique. This could be useless, or it could be useful to someone!
So far I have not made any gains from this technique, but I will keep everyone posted.
Ok here it is.. It may be hard to get into position at first, but with practice it will be a breeze. Hold your left or right knee (whichever you prefer) as close to your chest as possible. Using your right hand (if you have chosen your right leg) reach around and grab your penis from beneath your gland using the OK grip.. As you pull, extend you leg out to gain extra force, for more leverage place your arm lower on your leg (forwards your shin).
Please could I have some feedback on this techique once you give it a shot
