Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

Actually, I have been measuring recently. Im gonna measure everyday during this week and kind of put those measurements together and see what I gained, since EQ can fluctuate from one day to another.
But I have a question with regards to measuring. It looks like I definitely gained in bone pressed length but my non-bonepressed length is still the same , or better said, it fluctuates by about 1/2 inch based on the angle and how much fatpad I uncover.
I give you this example...when I have an erection and put the ruler on top of my penis and the beginning of the ruler is literally just slightly touching my fatpad, the measurement is in this case about 1/2 less than when I pinch the fatpad a bit and move it up from the base of my penis. Now I dont know what measurement is correct, as Non-bonepressed...the first one or the second one?
And then when I measure bone-Pressed and I press the ruler to my pelvic bone, this measurement is like 1+ inch bigger than non-bonepressed. Thats a lot. However, I am not fat at all. I am very athletic and eat healthy. I have just always had this fatpad even when I was a young skinny kid. I dont know what to do.

Also, when I stand up, I immediately lose about 1/2 inch of length because my penis kind of goes in. Its weird. I have my best EQ and also length when I sit on the edge of the bed, thats also how I always measure.
 
That sounds like a good plan but checking every day may bring some discouragement on certain days so be prepared for that. But I do like the site of somebody keeping track of such a primal level. Way to show more non-bone pressed is either losing the fat pad or making the penis longer, obviously ? So in your case you need to grow more length. A very good exercise that closes the gap between bone pressed erect and bone pressed flaccid is erect stretching. I suggest 10 minutes 3 times a week.

Thanks a lot! Actually, I do erect stretching after every session for 5 sets of 1 minute. I feel like it is slowly helping me to close that gap.

NEW MEASUREMENTS (3.7.2020)
I have been measuring every day this week so far, from Monday until Friday (today) to get an average measurement, since I think relying solely on one single measurement may be a bit inaccurate. So just to make sure I checked several times, each of those days and this is what I found out:

NBPEL - 14,8 cm (+2 mm)
-comment: this one is very tricky because just a tiny change of angle or a minimal fatpad adjusment and I get like 15 cm or 15,5 , even close to 16 cm... so the 14,8 cm is literally just touching the fatpad and making sure the penis is not retracting inside
BPEL - 17,3-17,5 cm (+7-9 mm)
-comments: I feel like I gained here, reaching the goal I set a month ago, so I am very happy; first milestone conquered; I am still going for the 20 cm by the end of 2020...I need to keep this momentum going strong!!!!!



Plan going forward:
By the end of June/July -> NBPEL - 15 cm (kind of completed)
-> BPEL - 17,2 cm (COMPLETED!)
COMPLETED

...
NEXT ->
By the end of September -> NBPEL - 16 cm (gain 1-1,2 cm, as of today...in the next two months)

I am glad this is working because when I first heard I thought maybe this would be discouraging to measure every day but it seems like it may be something viable

But I didnt do it. I let myself cooldown and then wrapped it up. I feel like abstaining from ejaculation for extended periods of time (unless it is sex of course) is benefitial. It is very difficult not to do it sometimes but that is the secret I think - all things that are worth doing are difficult.

Very difficult but you did good. When faced with the temptation completely wrap your mind around something else, figuratively and literally LOL For me when I get Temptations I look to Jesus and pray for strength. It is a very difficult challenge but you can do it and I can do it, it may not be perfect but we’re doing our best

Comments:
As I said before, i dont have toomuch privacy this week. So what I did was that I wrapped my penis around 2-3 PM and then I had it wrapped until about 10 PM when I did my session.
I felt kind of pain during some moments, on the right side of my shaft right below the glans. I feel like I may have overdone it with the erect stretches on Thursday and Friday last week, when I did 10 sets. Maybe I need to decrease the intensity and volume now just for a short period of time.
Also I felt during this session that my penis was quite deflated, a bit tired looking.

Looking good my brother! Do not worry too much about your penis being tired, when your penis is in a state of fatigue it is the best time to stretch as nothing can hold back the resistance. So on the days that you feel this to fatigue take advantage of it!

I am planning to measure after 3-4 more weeks of training because the last 4 weeks have been really not very productive for me. First week I had a forced layoff, then I was able to do only one round of stretches each session and the last 2 weeks only 2 rounds of stretches. Before this forced layoff I was at 3 rounds per session, so thats what Im planning to do this week. And then even add 4th round.
From tommorrow I will have my privacy again and will be able to do warmup properly aswell as do the stretches with a relaxed mindset. You know, honestly, the last 4 weeks were for me more of a maintenance so I dont lose what I gained. But now since I have my privacy back, I want to focus not on maintenance but on serious length gains, I am going to increase number of sets and intensity gradually. And then mid september I will measure.

In the afternoon I did some girth work just to try it out. I had really good EQ and was getting kind of horny, so I thought that instead of jerking off it would be more beenficial to do girth work.
So, I did probably 5 sets of squeezes, each lasting around 30-60 seconds. I gripped at the very base, I dont know what this exercise is called like. Then I moved my grip a bit further to the middle and held it for the same amount of time. Then, when the erection decreased toaround 60-70 %, I still held the squeeze lightly and did the O-stretches, to the front, sides and back, each direction around 10 seconds.
I did this I think 2 times - in the afternoon and in the evening, couple of hours apart. My EQ was very good.

28 August 2020 (Friday) - Session 8

Excellent consistency and thank you for such a clean and organized report. When is your official measuring day?
 
Good job being consistent with the wrap up. I’m reflecting right now on my last 3 months and I think one of the main reasons I didn’t see much growth for half of that time was that I got lazy about wrapping. I started wrapping again (and added in Lazy Ass Stretch while wrapped) and I’ve been growing fast again.

Yes, exactly! Just wrap my brother, always! I dont know why is that, but it helps tremendously, especially in the long-run. It just kind of gets your penis used to the "new normal" size. I hope you are making great gains.

For the last couple of days my peniswas kind of shrinked and tired. It started on Sunday. I dont even know why. Maybe it is because from Saturday to Sunday I have slept only about 5,5-6 hours. So I was a bittired on Sunday. And then also from Sunday to Monday I slept like 6-7 hours. Somaybe it was caused by fatigue. I maybe should have drunk a bit more water, so maybe also hydration. I am not sure. On Monday (yesterday) it was difficult to stretch because my penis was shrinked and tired. I know its good when its tired, supposedly. But in this case, I had difficulties grabbing it firmly and also stretching it properly, because it was not pliable at all. I tried to relax and imagine some sexual stuff, so I get a bit turned on and more blood flows in. It helped a bit.
But then couple of hours after wrapping my penis was shrinking into the wrap. This has not happened to me yet. Literally, the head of my penis was getting inside the wrap. It was a bit frustrating.
Today (Tuesday), when I woke up inthe morning I didnt have an erection, which is contraty to what was happening last week and the week before - I had crazy morning erections then, like diamond (probably caused because of abstaining from ejaculation for about 2-3 weeks and also incorporating the girth work). Today, I had to do my session in the evening, so during the day I didnt have the wrap and my penis was very shrinked. It was frustrating again. Then, when I started my session, the first two rounds of stretches were dificult, because my penis was not cooperating like on Monday.
BUT then I somehow managed to ret aroused through my thoughts. Honestly, I know that some people say one should avoid that, but for me it is very important to be "horny" during my sessions, and also overall during the day for that matter. I dont know why, but when I am horny, I have high libido and high libido for me equals high EQ and that equals high sexual confidence for me. It is like a triangle which connects together. So when I got into this a bit aroused state, immediately my flaccid penis was more plump from better bloodflow and it was also more pliable and suddenly I was able to stretch much further and also my erections were harder during the erect stretches (unlike yesterday). So, thats about it. I hope my penis will feel only beter from now on.

Comments:
I feel like I am starting to really understand how to deal with my penis during stretching eventhough it is not super pliable sometimes. I found couple of techniques that I use to relax it. One is that I just grabit by head softly and stretch it and then let the grip loose and let it just slap on my other hand. That seems to relax it a bit. Also, I just grab skin at the base (so my scrotum skin does not stretch too) and I grabthe penis below the head and stretch it as far as possible for 3-5 seconds andthen let it lose. Also, sometimes I just do bunch of helicopter shakes, that seems to work well too.
I feel like my maximum stretched length is getting bigger, ESPECIALLY when I do the straight out stretch (which kind of simulates the stretch of an extender)..during that stretch I have probably the biggest length, even more when I grab my penis with my entire fist below the gland and focus on the pressure from pinky and middle finger to hold the grip. At the same time I try to hold the base softly with the other hand, so that the scrotum skin does not interfere. HOWEVER, I noticed that when I hold the skin at the bottom, the positive is that the scrotum skin does not stretch and I get only the stretch inmypenis and in my shaft skin...BUT the overall length of the stretch/how far can I stretch is a bit less than when I do not grab the base skin. So, I usually alternate between the two. When I want to get the maximum sretched length at the beginning of a stretch I usually dont hold the skin at the bottom of the shaf. But then later I get a hold of it and keep it at the base. It is all based on feeling. I think sometimes it is needed to stretch also without holding the base (eventhough it stretches the scrotum skin a bit too) because it gives the most free and unlimited stretch, at least for me.

I measured yesterday. I also measured today. The measurements differed slightly, since my EQ also differeda bit. My EQ was not bad but I can feel when I am diamond hard and when I am just rock hard. So I will measure each day of this week until Friday, hoping one day I will be diamond hard and get best measurements then. But on Friday I will post definite new measurements either way.
PLUS, I decreased the rounds I do from 4 to 2 this week, because I felt 4 were starting to wear me down, it was a bit too much. I want to use this week as light active recovery week to get optimal EQ.

That’s a very smart idea because the penis can be so difficult to measure while keeping 100% erect. But if you sneak up on it you will catch it and get a good measurement. If all else fails take a flaccid stretched, bone pressed measurement and this will give you a perfect number.

I have measured on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In summary, these are my new measurments:

NBP (NONE-BONE-PRESSED)
a)EL (Erect length):
-Last measurement - 14,8 cm
-New measurement - with fatpad and absolutely no pressure into it - 14-14,5 cm (slightly less than last measurement, which is weird)
- without fat pad (not pressing into pubic area, just slightly pulling the fat layer away from penis base - 15,6-16 cm
b)FSL (Flaccid stretched length):
-New Measurement - 14,6-15 cm

Comments:
All the three measurements here (fat pad, no fat pad and no fat pad stretched) are different which really makes me wonder what is my length.

BPEL (BONE-PRESSED ERECT LENGTH):
-Last measurement - 17,3-17,5 cm
-New measurement
- 17,7-18 cm (+5 mm)




Plan going forward:

Part I.
By the end of June/July -> NBPEL - 15 cm (kind of completed)
-> BPEL - 17,2 cm (COMPLETED!)

Part II. (NOW)
By the end of September -> NBPEL - 16 cm (kind of completed...again...the NBPEL varies so much for me, it drives me nuts sometimes...I feel like I still have not solidified this number as much as I would like to)

Comments: Actually, one day I measured 18,2 cm BPEL but then I always measured just 18 cm, so because it was not consistent I dont consider that measurement in this progress...so I reached my goal 2-7 mm short before what I wanted

This is a very important moment for me because this is the biggest BPEL I have ever measured, only doing the Beginner routine. However, I have been doing it Monday-Friday (4 rounds , so one more than recommended) and I feel like it gave me nice gains obviously but I was kind of happy it was over because it was just too long, over an hour session, and my penis has been feeling quite fatigued lately because of that. What modifications should I do now? Or should I do something completely different?
What should I do now for the next 3 months to give me 1 solid inch in length?
 
I recommend swapping out every stretch you’re doing and making it a Lengthmaster stretch. What I mean is if you’re doing a straight out stretch instead of doing it with your hand you do it with the LM which is many times stronger than your own hands. Also the LM lets you use both hands to stretch allowing you to do rolling stretches and bundle stretches. This Tool will bring you to where you wanna be very quickly. If you already have an LM simply substitute every stretch using the LM.

I also suggest you use the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This stretch is very powerful in length.

I also recommend doing regular erect stretches as this is what will cement your new growth.

I thought you already had the LM? You’re in for a huge surprise! So until you can get it continue on with the manual work. You could also add in powerassist stretching by simply using PVC pipe. These make stretching so much more profitable. Check out the power assist stretches and let me know what you think

What do you mean Im in for a huge surprise?

Also, just a quick question about the powerassist stretching. How is it done? Do I just put the PVC pipe under my penis and then stretch it over the pipe?

I feel your pain on the workouts getting unbearably long in time. The number one thing I think that will keep you growing is getting a heating pad. @DLD told me this a long time ago and I didn’t do it, after stalling for 3 months, I got one(it was like $20 at Kroger), and ever since I’ve been growing consistently again. I have even shortened my routines and trained with less frequency but use the heating pad a lot when I do.

As far as stretches for growing, and if you want to have shorter workouts you could try something like this:

-Warm Up 5-10min
-Bundled Stretch 5-10min
-Expressive Stretch 5-10min
-Mandingo Stretch 5-10min
-sock or fulcrum stretch 5-10min
-Erect Stretch 5-10min

Of course wrapping up is important.

Another thing I’ve been doing to get more work in on training days is wrapping up and then doing lazy Ass Stretches while I’m driving or sitting around working.

If you want to have shorter workouts you will need to up the intensity and add heat if you want to gain 1” by the end of the year.

So I'm guessing it is better do do a heat pad while all day stretching too? When you say heat pad, you need same heat pad used for reptiles, inverts no doubt? Thanks!??

I have just couple of questions:
1. How do you use the headpad? You use it only for warmup or you wear it all day? And actually how does it make such a big difference in gaining?

2. You think I should completely remove the basic stretches (4 directions) from my routine and replace them with what you said? Will I not lose length when not focusing on all directions?

When I was messing around with hanging I would use the heat pad before during and after hanging. I’m not talking about a heat pad for animals. It’s just a basic heating pad that you can buy at a store for a human.

You just fold it around your penis. Pretty basic. After 5-10 minutes your penis will feel much more stretchy and malleable.
