Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

I just measured today, I wrote about it on the 2nd page in the last post, where I log this week´s training sessions. However, my EQ was not ideal as Im mentioning. Also I encountered some troubles which I also talk about.

If you’re measuring and you have poor EQ just do a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement. If your EQ is lacking I highly recommend starting the pelvic floor muscle routine outlined in the newbie routine.

Is that it? If yes, then should I do this before hanging or after hanging?


Also, one more question, I realized my penis shrinks often and I really dont know why. When I wake up usually I have very nice full semiflaccid, but then as I go on with my day it just shrinks. But then it gets relaxed again. This happens on and off , I really dont know how to prevent the shrinking. But I am worried if it doesnt affect my gains negatively.
I was thinking about the SRT theory that you recommended me to read when I first joined this forum. I thought maybe it would benefit me if I would heal in an elongated flaccid state. What should I put on my penis to heal in this longer state and for how long should I have it on?

No problem my brother. You can do your pelvic floor exercises at any time because they can be done anywhere.

You will want to buy a SiliSleave to keep yourself from turtling. Just click on the word store and check out all of the different sleeves we have. This will help you remain consistent with the methodology of SRT.

I go commando all the time when I am at home and sometimes my penis turtles anyway. For example today, I have no idea why, since the moment I woke up it has been shrinked.

16 April, 2020 (Thursday) - session 50

2.set - 0,75 kg (10 + 10 minutes) ... I had to take it off in the middle of the set and then continue again because it started to slip
.....during this second set I used no silicap (because it just got broken) and I used a different padding for the inside of the vacuum, the gel one.
The first 10 minutes were ok, but the second 10 minutes of the set my foreskin started to get pulled forward and so the silisleeve started to slip off. I had to hold it at the base a little to keep it at place. At the end of the set I let it go and it just slipped out. I dont know if its because of the foreskin or the sleeve is too stretched out already....I dont know what to do.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday I didnt hang because of privacy but I did 10 minutes of stretches before bed each of those days.
On Friday I did all directions, on Saturday I did side-to-side stretches and on Sunday I did straight out stretches.
In the beginning I always did 5 minutes of bundled stretches.

7 February, 2020 (Friday) - session 1

16:00-17:00 hanging
1.set - 0,25 kg (30 minutes)
5 minutes break (massage, helicopter shakes)
2.set - 0,5 kg (30 minutes)

Afterwards -> 1 hour light-moderate Silistretcher

Comments:
I was supposed to do the 3rd set as well with increased weight, based on the reverse pyramide hanging routine. But the moment I put on the 0,5 kg, I felt very slight discomfort in my penis, kind of like a deep stretch. It hurt just a tiny little bit but I felt like if I would put the 0,75 kg next set it would actually hurt my penis. I didnt want to injure myself, so I just stopped after the second set.
When I measured my penis just for fun while being in the hanging position, it was over 17 cm from the very bottom until the top. That is bigger than my erect size. I hope this is a good sign.

I just measured and I dont feel very good. After almost 3 months hanging I was hoping to gain but I lost my gains.
What have I been doing wrong? Why did I lose my size? I feel terrible now.

BTW, yesterday but mainly today I had great PIs, very high libido, good flaccid, everything good...I think the most important thing for me is to keep libido levels high (mental relaxation + exercise + healthy diet + reasonable amount of sexual stimuli = good libido, in my opinion)

You think so? I read that some people claim that the way to gain is lighter weight and more time under tension because with heavier weights the penis just gets stronger and not neccessarily bigger - and that way you just keep adding and adding weight and your penis gets resistant to anything lighter.
I read that a lot of people say that the golden rule is to stay with the lighter weights as long as possible (as long as they provide good tension) and not neccesarily push for heavier and heavier every time.
But I really dont know. I am new to hanging but I really want to get the 20 cm by the end of this year.
 
Yes in my opinion (imo) that would probably be time under tension after hanging weights to keep the micro tears open, passive healing! All day stretching is probably more weight than 1kg that some people hang but is enough to keep your micro tears open so new muscle tissue can fill in and grow over time by repeating this process!

Regarding the weight, I read a long thread like an introduction to hanging. I think it was written by someone who got all that information from BiB and some other hangers. There it says that one should stay at the lighter weights as long as possible because it has been observed that past 20lbs gains slow down dramatically. So I always keep this in the back of my head and thats why I am hesitant to put more weight on.

Also what about the passive healing? What do you recommend? ADS or silisleeve or bathmate? What would be best?
 
I used sleeve after hanging, can wear it all day sleep in to too. All day stretchers are good too. I have bathmate, hanging in the day, sleeve then bathmate on night time! I would increase the weight in my opinion, If not maybe you should think about wearing ads instead it will probably be more weight than the 1kg your hanging for the hour a day!
That sounds good! Are you doing the bathmate at night purely for bloodflow and regeneration or also with the aim to gain girth? In other words, how intense are your pumping sessions?
 
I'll be doing 15 minutes (3×5minute sets) morning bathmate, I'll be hanging with vac hanger an hour plus at 10+ pounds, just waiting for tape to arrive, was hanging with bib, Ads or swim cap stretcher or sleeve, night time 3×5 minute set in bathmate! I don't realy want to be doing extra hand exercise as I'm to lazy and is easier being basic for me.

This looks like a great routine only thing I would add is bundled stretching before you train and to get him 10 minutes worth of erect stretching every week to help cement your gains

Bundled stretching you want to do every day before you start your work out. Once or twice per week get in 10 minutes of erect stretching.
 
Hey DLD, Ain't been having much luck with the bathmate has barely increased, maybe 4mm today, 5mm time before, I have vacu vin wine saver on the way, I hope this will improve it. when I air pump it goes up 25mm, when I air pump what would you recommend in sets for how many minutes, what pressure should I pump to max? Thanks...!?✌

I think it’s very smart to get the wine vacuum as this is going to give you the intensity you need to expand. Some men need more vacuum then others. My recommendation is always the same when using a pump go for the 5×5×3 in the SRT Routine
 
It needs the intensity as there is none at present, I'll just do 3 sets of 5 with nothing inbetween down to laziness!?✌

I've tackled this in two different ways...far easiest was getting a section of clear PVC (6" is plenty and I only used about 2") and stretch this over the valve housing on your Bathmate; the VacuVin pump fits neatly on the other end and you can draw as much pressure as your d!ck can handle.
option #2 is far more intrusive and requires the full removal of the Bathmate valve assembly in the housing. This takes a bit of surgery and will destroy the valve, but once removed the VacuVin rubber-stopper fits perfectly in the opening...then use the VV pump and away you go

Today I had perfect grip on the vacuum. I used no cap, no cotton and hairband, no nothing.
I just put my penis with retracted foreskin in the vacuum at around 70 % erection level. Then I moved the rest of the durosleeve down to the shaft. But this time I didnt pull it all the way down to the base, I rolled the ends out a bit, maybe half an inch, so it grips tighter at the base, which I figured out may have been the problem. Today I felt like I could literally hang for hours and hours on end no problem, perfect EQ, perfect grip, weights felt not too light and not too heavy, just about right pulling my penis around the base. Everything felt just about right.
Also, I noticed I have much better hanging sets when I have around 10 % erection level. It is not even an erection, it is just more blood in penis. It makes my penis a bit fatter, especially at the base where I need the tight grip and also it stays pliable. Sometimes I feel its even more pliable in this state.
Today for the first time I tried a different weights/sets approach. I went up to the top set as quickly as possible and comfortable, which was 1 kg. Then I went down slowly. I was planning to do 2 sets of 0,75 kg and last set with 0,5 kg, but I got interrupted, so....next time.
However, Im also thinking about prolonging the "drop sets" which follow after the top set to 30 minutes, maybe even more, since I have no problem with blood flow during set. What do you think about it?

...during this last set i was switching between straight down and lean back (so it goes between the cheecks and targets more the base) ..also for a bit I tried to use my two fingers as fulcrum at the base so it was a different kind of stretch...it felt like it targetted more the front half of the shaft

2.set - 1 kg (20 minutes)...after this set I accidently ejaculated and I was afraid that its gonna hurt my session, but it actually helped...I had the entire session from this moment a flaccid penis but it didnt slip off, like it sometimes does, even semierect...so I got a good stretch

2.set - 1 kg (20 minutes)...after this set I accidently ejaculated and I was afraid that its gonna hurt my session, but it actually helped...I had the entire session from this moment a flaccid penis but it didnt slip off, like it sometimes does, even semierect...so I got a good stretch

... I didnt had enough time, so I rather skipped the break and did 2 sets in one 40 minute set... it seemed ok, nothing bothered me...also most of the set I did "between the cheecks" by elevating my legs , putting my feet on the table, then the stretch was very good....also towards the end of this long set I tried to put my legs closer together in this position and the stretch was absolutely INSANE! I could feel it in the base ligaments and throughout the whole shaft. Also one thing I noticed is that in this particular position my entire inner shaft felt like stretching intensely and at the same time I could feel this weird sensation in my whole penis, like it felt good (almost like when you are close to orgasm) but I was not, I was flaccid, maybe a bit semiflaccid...I dont understand what was that, but the stretch was great.

Also, I noticed a small bump on my upper shaft of my penis , on the right side like 1/4 inch below my glans. It looks like a swollen vein but its a bit firmed, like some type of tissue, it is under the skin so I cannot see exactly what it is. Is it the effect of the vacuum or something?

The best time to stretch is when your penis is in the state of fatigue. This state can be reached in two different ways. The first way is through over training length until you have fatigue. Check out the DLD blasters as an example. The other way is after you have an orgasm you have a refractory period of about 30 to 60 minutes where your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to Hold back to stretch. At that point penis is the most stretchable.
