I just measured today, I wrote about it on the 2nd page in the last post, where I log this week´s training sessions. However, my EQ was not ideal as Im mentioning. Also I encountered some troubles which I also talk about.
Thank you very much DLD for advice!If you’re measuring and you have poor EQ just do a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement. If your EQ is lacking I highly recommend starting the pelvic floor muscle routine outlined in the newbie routine.

Is that it? If yes, then should I do this before hanging or after hanging?
Also, one more question, I realized my penis shrinks often and I really dont know why. When I wake up usually I have very nice full semiflaccid, but then as I go on with my day it just shrinks. But then it gets relaxed again. This happens on and off , I really dont know how to prevent the shrinking. But I am worried if it doesnt affect my gains negatively.
I was thinking about the SRT theory that you recommended me to read when I first joined this forum. I thought maybe it would benefit me if I would heal in an elongated flaccid state. What should I put on my penis to heal in this longer state and for how long should I have it on?

I go commando all the time when I am at home and sometimes my penis turtles anyway. For example today, I have no idea why, since the moment I woke up it has been shrinked.Think a sleeve or wrap can be used to support this, I keep telling peeps this and don't even do it myself LOL need to get ass in gear, also from what I've read go commando too LOL

I was supposed to do the 3rd set as well with increased weight, based on the reverse pyramide hanging routine. But the moment I put on the 0,5 kg, I felt very slight discomfort in my penis, kind of like a deep stretch. It hurt just a tiny little bit but I felt like if I would put the 0,75 kg next set it would actually hurt my penis. I didnt want to injure myself, so I just stopped after the second set.
When I measured my penis just for fun while being in the hanging position, it was over 17 cm from the very bottom until the top. That is bigger than my erect size. I hope this is a good sign.

I just measured and I dont feel very good. After almost 3 months hanging I was hoping to gain but I lost my gains.
What have I been doing wrong? Why did I lose my size? I feel terrible now.

I read that some people claim that the way to gain is lighter weight and more time under tension because with heavier weights the penis just gets stronger and not neccessarily bigger - and that way you just keep adding and adding weight and your penis gets resistant to anything lighter.Know the feeling, I shrank 1cm to half inch natural length too, maybe your eq is weaker! In my opinion 0.25 -1kg for 3 sets of 20 minutes is wasting your time and you'll get no gains, you should realy be hanging 10 pounds in weight or about that. An all day stretcher will weigh more than 1kg and is stretching all day more than the 3 20 minutes your hanging all day!✌✌?
That sounds good! Are you doing the bathmate at night purely for bloodflow and regeneration or also with the aim to gain girth? In other words, how intense are your pumping sessions?I used sleeve after hanging, can wear it all day sleep in to too. All day stretchers are good too. I have bathmate, hanging in the day, sleeve then bathmate on night time! I would increase the weight in my opinion, If not maybe you should think about wearing ads instead it will probably be more weight than the 1kg your hanging for the hour a day!

I'll be doing 15 minutes (3×5minute sets) morning bathmate, I'll be hanging with vac hanger an hour plus at 10+ pounds, just waiting for tape to arrive, was hanging with bib, Ads or swim cap stretcher or sleeve, night time 3×5 minute set in bathmate! I don't realy want to be doing extra hand exercise as I'm to lazy and is easier being basic for me.
I'll do bundled stretching too, only 10 minutes erect stretching per week? Done in 1 sitting? Thanks....!✌?

Hey DLD, Ain't been having much luck with the bathmate has barely increased, maybe 4mm today, 5mm time before, I have vacu vin wine saver on the way, I hope this will improve it. when I air pump it goes up 25mm, when I air pump what would you recommend in sets for how many minutes, what pressure should I pump to max? My penis has been slipping out of the silistretcher for the last couple of sessions. It has been happening consistently. I tried to fill the space in the vacuum by putting cotton around my glans and fixing it with hairband below my glans. I tried this twice but my glans was always partly white and hurting after this, probably because of the hairband but I didnt know how else to fix the cotton around.
This is getting too complicated , in the beginning when I started I didnt have to think about stuff like this. It fit just perfectly, I dont know why its slipping off now. It just doesnt allow me to hang.
I've tackled this in two different ways...far easiest was getting a section of clear PVC (6" is plenty and I only used about 2") and stretch this over the valve housing on your Bathmate; the VacuVin pump fits neatly on the other end and you can draw as much pressure as your d!ck can handle.Send a message to @Big Schwanz Acht He is a pro with this and will walk you right through it.

option #2 is far more intrusive and requires the full removal of the Bathmate valve assembly in the housing. This takes a bit of surgery and will destroy the valve, but once removed the VacuVin rubber-stopper fits perfectly in the opening...then use the VV pump and away you go

Today I had perfect grip on the vacuum. I used no cap, no cotton and hairband, no nothing.
I just put my penis with retracted foreskin in the vacuum at around 70 % erection level. Then I moved the rest of the durosleeve down to the shaft. But this time I didnt pull it all the way down to the base, I rolled the ends out a bit, maybe half an inch, so it grips tighter at the base, which I figured out may have been the problem. Today I felt like I could literally hang for hours and hours on end no problem, perfect EQ, perfect grip, weights felt not too light and not too heavy, just about right pulling my penis around the base. Everything felt just about right.
Also, I noticed I have much better hanging sets when I have around 10 % erection level. It is not even an erection, it is just more blood in penis. It makes my penis a bit fatter, especially at the base where I need the tight grip and also it stays pliable. Sometimes I feel its even more pliable in this state.
Today for the first time I tried a different weights/sets approach. I went up to the top set as quickly as possible and comfortable, which was 1 kg. Then I went down slowly. I was planning to do 2 sets of 0,75 kg and last set with 0,5 kg, but I got interrupted, so....next time.
However, Im also thinking about prolonging the "drop sets" which follow after the top set to 30 minutes, maybe even more, since I have no problem with blood flow during set. What do you think about it?
The best time to stretch is when your penis is in the state of fatigue. This state can be reached in two different ways. The first way is through over training length until you have fatigue. Check out the DLD blasters as an example. The other way is after you have an orgasm you have a refractory period of about 30 to 60 minutes where your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to Hold back to stretch. 2.set - 1 kg (20 minutes)...after this set I accidently ejaculated and I was afraid that its gonna hurt my session, but it actually helped...I had the entire session from this moment a flaccid penis but it didnt slip off, like it sometimes does, even semierect...so I got a good stretch
