Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

Ok so unfortunately, again I can´t remember everything. But this is a brief summary:
I did stretches for 60 second sets this week and also did girth every day except Wednesday I think.
 
I am making this progress log just for the sole purpose of consistency and holding myself accountable. I have a goal to have a 20 cm NBPEL by the end of 2020. Right now, I am probably 14 cm NBPEL. So it´s 2 inches of solid length gains. I know that I will get that by the end of 2020.
I am starting with Silistretcher 2 as a hanger and as a passive stretcher.
I am also very open to any feedback from all the brothers here, since that is the only thing that got me here in the first place. So any advice is highly welcomed!
Let the journey begin!

Yep maybe i get overexcited sometimes n think about getting massive in no time but getting to 10"*7" by the end of 2021 well sounds unreal but exciting
 
Ok so quick update again, this week I did 65 second stretch sets. Also, I did girth on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday, each time 3 sets (about 30 minutes).
Next week is the last week of my cycle, I plan to do 70 second sets. Then the week after that I will measure.

!!!comments: my EQ was not the best and measurements not consistent, so my girth was fluctuating between the old numbers and new numbers...but I will just summarize it into this:
Top shaft girth: 12,3-12,4 cm
Mid shaft girth: 12,5 - 12,8 cm
Base shaft girth: 13,6 - 14 cm

Overall, I think I didn´t gain any girth, I think if anything I may have lost couple of milimetres. But when I was measuring I could just feel my penis was not as thick as for example last week or the week before. So I am not sure if these are the most accurate results but it´s ok. I need to gain girth anyway.

WIDTH
GLANS
-height: 4 cm

Overall gains during the last 3 months:
-BPL: actually, it looks more or less the same, maybe I gained like 0,2 cm

-girth - stayed the same (maybe lost a bit, I am not sure...I feel like my penis was not as thick as usual this week)


PLAN UNTIL THE END OF APRIL 2021:

NBPEL: 16,5 cm (+0,8-1 cm) ... now: 16-16,3 cm (almost achieved... 0,2 cm left)
->BPEL: 19,5 cm (+0,8-1 cm) ... now: 18,7-19 cm (not achieved... 0,5-0,8 cm left)
->GIRTH: +0,3-0,5 cm (all around) ... now: unchanged (not achieved... 0,5 cm left)

GOALS GOING FORWARD
PLAN UNTIL THE END OF JULY 2021 (2 months):

->BPEL: 19,5 cm (+0,5-0,8 cm)
->GIRTH: gain all around 0,5 cm !!!!!


Comments:
I am happy with the length gains but I am a bit surprised why I gained 0,5 cm in BPFSL (19,5 cm) and almost nothing in BPEL...but I gained in NBPEL (more than in BPEL) ... that´s a bit weird. I am not sure by which of these 3 length measurements should I go with.
I am a bit disappointed about girth. It´s definitely something I need to focus on. I want AT LEAST a solid inch of girth all around by the end of this year.
But also I want to achieve that 25 cm BPEL by the end of this year, so that´s 2 inches left.
My plan is to now intensify my routine even more during the next 2 months and then start using extender and after 2-3 months with that I will add in bathmate and do all of those things combined.

Meanwhile, I would really appreciate any advice that you can give me on my routine. What should I change or modify in your opinion, so that I get absolutely the most gains in the next 2 months?

+GIRTH 25 minutes (few hours after length session; consisting primarily of Slow-Squash Jelqs and in between those bunch of other exercises like regular jelqs, reverse grip jelqs, claw jelqs, O-bends, and some others girth exercises which DLD shows in videos..for example the one where you move your penis in circular motions like you are stirring a soup, then another move where you kind of keep folding it upwards and then back down, then also the one where you compress your penis from the top and slowly go with your palm from bottom up, also I do the penis head squeezes/squeezing right under the head to expand the glans....I just keep going back and forth between all of these exercises, based onn how I feel and what I feel like gives me the most expansion at the moment...I try to focus on the Corpus Spongiosum mainly to add mass alonside the bottom of my penis as well as the glans)

hahaha thank you! that was very encouraging..I need it especially now, because for the last 2 weeks I have slacked off quite a bit on PE. I just got new job and I really have so much less time than before. I have literally like 1 hour per day max. I dont know what to do now.
The routine you have given me has been absolutely great, but I had to decrease the volume (go from 2 sets of the main exercises to just 1 set) and it still takes me almost 90 minutes to complete it. So some days when I know Im not gonna have that much time I dont even do it, which is not good. I think I need some different approach.

hahaha thank you! that was very encouraging..I need it especially now, because for the last 2 weeks I have slacked off quite a bit on PE. I just got new job and I really have so much less time than before. I have literally like 1 hour per day max. I dont know what to do now.
The routine you have given me has been absolutely great, but I had to decrease the volume (go from 2 sets of the main exercises to just 1 set) and it still takes me almost 90 minutes to complete it. So some days when I know Im not gonna have that much time I dont even do it, which is not good. I think I need some different approach.

Ok so I havent done any PE for over a month. I have been very busy, but now I am trying to find that time again. So this was kind of an unplanned layoff.
I also have my extender.
My question is what should I do now? Where do I start? Should I resume the manual stretching routine I have been doing and add the extender to it as a passive stretching healing? Or should I start now just with the extender and then maybe add the manual stretching after some time?
I also wonder how to progress with the extender. Obviously, I cant start at 8 hours right away, but I wonder what duration and intensity to start with and how to progress. Also should I use it for active stretching as the main tool or for passive stretched healing?
 
I just got a rod extender few weeks ago and I would like to maximize my gains with it.
First, I did about 1,5 hours a day for the first week (3x30 min, with about 40 minutes rest in between).
Then I gradually increased the time to about 3 hours per day and after about two weeks I increased the tension by about 2 cm.
Now I am extending at the same length as is the NBP stretched length of my penis, for about 3-3,5 hours per day.
My penis feels kind of accustomed to this tension already but I am not sure if to progress even more because I read that adding tension too fast/too frequently can harden the penis and instead of elongating it, it will just make it tough and used to the heavier load which will not work anymore.
So I am not sure what to do now...should I increase the tension again or increase the time or both?

So two months since your last post and only two weeks til your goal date for this whole thread of end of 2021 is upon us. How close were you able to get? All 11cm of pure, impossible length growth in under 2 years? Or somewhere lesser but still worthy of your time and effort? Asking for a friend. ;)
