Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

Regular stretching stretches the shaft and ligament expressive stretching stretches inner penis. They’re very different. Both type of stretching should be done.

What I mean is that your penis will hang heavier and longer if you do the testicle health massage and stretch.

I love this routine and I can tell you did your research! I think it’s smart for people to go for either length or girth first and then tackle the other later. Are you only interested in length?

I am actually interested in both. But my main priority now is length.
I started doing girth recently just because sometimes when I feel really horny and have really high EQ, I think its better to use this for edging and girth work rather than to bust a nut. And also I feel like doing a bit of girth work on the side helps me with my length sessions too, but keeping my flaccid nice and full.
But as I said, my number one priority is length now. Thats why Im doing mini length work also before bed (as second length session). But if I manage to gain also some girth, that would be amazing.

Well it’s a good thing to remember that length work benefits girth work and vice versa. There is a paper I wrote on this that gets into the weeds with it. I’ll throw a link down below for you to read the study.

What an incredible update! I’m also very proud of you for going for a no masturbation goal, I know it’s a hard thing because I deal with it and I have a lot of respect for people who decide to go NoFap. I avoid it for my spiritual beliefs but there’s many good reasons to avoid it. Thanks for your awesome updates and God bless you

I dont wanna get any medical complications from this nofap thing. Is it actually safe to not ejaculate for several months?

it’s perfectly safe to not ejaculate forever. If your body needs to release it it will happen on its own but I’ve never had that experience. My goal is to make it to six months. The longest I’ve gone so far is one month. So it does take effort and consistency to master this but in my opinion it’s so worth it. Keeping you in my prayers my brother

What visible/length/ and EQ results did you get from NOFAP,

I currently cant measure my progress because it takes some serious stuff to even get me aroused, then my penis turtles for a good 48 hours after relapse.

Im starting day 1 again today, I can do 7 day streaks so now its time to do longer

I have to measure soon but I feel like my erect length is better, my erections are harder and I can get erections quicker. The bad thing is Im often too horny and sometimes its not good because I think about hitting up girls I actually dont wanna hit up (only because I think all day long about banging them)...it sounds funny but Im thinking about sex like probably every half hour...sometimes even more, its tough...but I may keep going past november...good luck mate. You just have to set yourself a goal and do it, thats it...I said to myself to not nut until the end of november and thats what Im gonna do...actually I did nut the first week of november and thats why Im doing this at least until the end of first december week...even end of year, maybe even in new year, lets see.

Yes i notably get a larger flaccid, thicker unit around 5 days in, In the past ive barely managed past 5 days, as like you say i want to conquer even the worst women lol

This week I did 6 sets of mandingo stretch. I feel like am starting to get a grip of it, each day being able to pull out the base further. However, in other stretches I feel like I havent done much of a progress in terms of maximal stretched length.
Overall, I felt my penis has been kind of tired this week. Fortunately, this was my last week of training before measuring. Next week is gonna be light workouts only and measuring each day and then at the end of the week I will report the results.
 
I’ve actually been pretty frustrated over the past two days but I decided not to do the regular thing I do, jerking off, instead I decided to sit with the feelings until they pass. What I do know in my mind is the two minutes of satisfaction I would get would give me three days of guilt so there’s not much incentive any longer. I’m not sure how much time I have but what I am sure of is it has lost its grip on me almost completely. Keep praying for me and I will keep praying for you and will make this happen my brother.

To be honest, yesterday I was not able to control it anymore and I jerked off and finished. I was just in an absolutely crazy state of mind, like insane hornyness and I just dont know what to say...you know how it is, when we are horny, we dont think with our rationale mind, just instincts...
Of course it felt good but then I felt bad and after that I felt even worse, entire day I felt like shit.
Honestly, I have never felt this bad about ejaculating ever before. So that made me think what is more harmful for my mind, if it is to jerk off 1 time per week because I want to and feel good, or if it is to wait until I relapse and feel guilty about it.
I really saw it as a failure on my part and just perceiving myself as a loser who doesnt have any discipline. But actually I have never abstained for such a long time and that is already a success for me. I think ejaculating is a natural need that we have and while I still believe that we should not do it excessively (because of the obvious energy drain, since ejaculate contains a lot of vital nutrients), we should not aim to absolutely abstain from it and instead accept that its absolutely ok to do it sometimes and embrace it. Because the feeling of guilt after relapse is much worse I think.

Honestly, I could have probably gone longer but one thing that DEFINITELY contributed to the relapse was that every day I was finishing off the PE session with erect stretches (which was combined with edging obviously). This always left me horny. On some days I even did girth work which was even more edging (many times to the absolute edge). Because of this I had blue balls on many days and I was horny basically nonstop 24/7, which was harming my focus on other things. However, if I would not do the edging I would definitely not have the need to touch my penis.

Another thing is that my balls hurt like hell for the entire day afterwards, probably some mild inflammation.

I think that balance is the key in everything, so for me definitely not more than 1 time per week but also not abstaining for a month like I have did just now. That is just my personal experience.

NEW MEASUREMENTS (10.12.2020)
I have measured on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (today). In summary, these are my new measurments:


LENGTH
NBP (NONE-BONE-PRESSED)
a)EL (Erect length ):
-Last measurement - 14-14,5 cm
-New measurement - with fatpad and absolutely no pressure into it - 14-14,3 CM
- without fat pad (NBP, just evening out the pelvic surface very slightly) - 14,5-15,5 cm
-
without fat pad (NBP, grabbing penis and moving it in a forward/a bit downwards angle to have no fat at all around base) - 16-16,5 cm
b)FSL (Flaccid stretched length ):
-Last Measurement - 14,6-15 cm (Now - 14,7-15 cm)
-flaccid hanging length at my best when warm and relaxed:
- NBP - 10-11 cm
- BP - 12-13 cm

Comments:
As I stated in my last measurement post, all of these three measurements here (fat pad, no fat pad and no fat pad stretched) are different which really makes me wonder what is my length .
However, I can say that when my penis is 100 % erect and I am trying to really not press with the ruler at all, regardless of if I am sitting or standing or laying on the bed, my erect length is 14-14,3 cm.
But when I press just very slightly into fat which is right at the base of my penis (pressing very gently only for the purpose of evening out the pelvic base, since the fat makes the surface a bit uneven obviously), the length becomes 14,5-15,5 cm.
When I grab my erect penis by the base (like I would want to put it in) and measure it, the length is 16-16,5 cm. (I consider this to be my biggest non-bone pressed length)
When I press the ruler into the fat pad hard, the length is 17,5-17,8 cm.
When I press as hard as possible, most of the time I get 18 cm, but each of those times I know I am not 100 % erect, only maybe 95-97 % erect.
Everytime I managed to be 100 % erect while pressing as hard as possible with the ruler, my length wwas 18,5 cm.

BPEL (BONE-PRESSED ERECT LENGTH):
-Last measurement - 17,7-18 cm
-New measurement - 18-18,5 cm (+5 mm) ...actually, this was my goal for the end of September, so I hit it now finally


GIRTH
I decided to also measure my girth, just so I know.
I measured it a long time ago, maybe 1-1,5 year ago. It has always been 11 cm under glans, 11,7 cm midshaft and 13 cm base.
Now these are my measurements:
ERECT
Top (under glan - 11,5 cm (+ 0,5 cm)
Midshaft - 12,5 cm (+0,8 cm)
Base - 13,5 cm (+ 0,5 cm)
FLACCID
Midshaft - 10,5 cm (+5 cm) ... I remember when I measured this long time ago, it was only around 10 cm


Comments:
I don´t know if I got these measurements only because I measured differently now or because I really got bigger. Before that I used a paper stripe with numbers on it, which I made myself. Now I used an earphone wire and then put the measured length on the wire to the comparison wtih the ruler.
If I really gained, I dont know if it is because of the various stretches I have been doing since May probably (and hanging before that - since February) or because of the occassional girth sessions I have been doing, especially 3-4 weeks ago I had 2 week period which was quite girth intense, doing girth almost every day, sometimes even 2 times per day lightly.
But either way, these are my new measurements and I am quite happy.

Overall gains during the last 3 months:
-length - 0,5 cm
-girth - 0,5 cm
(but maybe I gained also before, but I did not measure)


Original plan for year 2020:
By the end of December
-> NBPEL - 18 cm
-> BPEL - 20 cm
Current status as of 10th December 2020:
-> NBPEL - 14 cm (need 4 cm more)
-> BPEL - 18,5 cm (need 1,5 cm more)

Plan for 2021:
-> NBPEL - 18 cm
-> BPEL - 23 cm
->GIRTH - 15 cm (base)
Final comments:
I have not reached the precise goal that I set out in the beginning, but I think I have done quite a good job, I am content with my results. I have never had a full year to begin with. I begin with this journey seriously (doing a dedicated, programmed and planned routine) around April/May, which gave me 8 months. I have gained all this through DLD´s SRT routine (slightly modified for my own personal preference). Before this I did hanging for about 2-3 months but actually LOST length, so I stopped it and started with the SRT routine.
On the way, I was mastering the basic stretches as well as learning new ones, like Mandingo stretch (which I had always been afraid of) or Erect Stretches. I have also done some girth work occassionally, combined with edging. Actually, I edged after every single PE session as part of erect stretches. Sometimes I also edged outside of length sessions just to get a good hard erection and also did some Erect squeezes as well as O-bends semi-erect. This may have caused me to gain a bit of girth too. One of the key, if not the biggest key, for my gains has been WRAPPING which I discovered just couple of months ago. It really works like magic.

NEW MEASUREMENTS (10.12.2020)
I have measured on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (today). In summary, these are my new measurments:


LENGTH
NBP (NONE-BONE-PRESSED)
a)EL (Erect length ):
-Last measurement - 14-14,5 cm
-New measurement - with fatpad and absolutely no pressure into it - 14-14,3 CM
- without fat pad (NBP, just evening out the pelvic surface very slightly) - 14,5-15,5 cm
-
without fat pad (NBP, grabbing penis and moving it in a forward/a bit downwards angle to have no fat at all around base) - 16-16,5 cm
b)FSL (Flaccid stretched length ):
-Last Measurement - 14,6-15 cm (Now - 14,7-15 cm)
-flaccid hanging length at my best when warm and relaxed:
- NBP - 10-11 cm
- BP - 12-13 cm

Comments:
As I stated in my last measurement post, all of these three measurements here (fat pad, no fat pad and no fat pad stretched) are different which really makes me wonder what is my length .
However, I can say that when my penis is 100 % erect and I am trying to really not press with the ruler at all, regardless of if I am sitting or standing or laying on the bed, my erect length is 14-14,3 cm.
But when I press just very slightly into fat which is right at the base of my penis (pressing very gently only for the purpose of evening out the pelvic base, since the fat makes the surface a bit uneven obviously), the length becomes 14,5-15,5 cm.
When I grab my erect penis by the base (like I would want to put it in) and measure it, the length is 16-16,5 cm. (I consider this to be my biggest non-bone pressed length)
When I press the ruler into the fat pad hard, the length is 17,5-17,8 cm.
When I press as hard as possible, most of the time I get 18 cm, but each of those times I know I am not 100 % erect, only maybe 95-97 % erect.
Everytime I managed to be 100 % erect while pressing as hard as possible with the ruler, my length wwas 18,5 cm.

BPEL (BONE-PRESSED ERECT LENGTH):
-Last measurement - 17,7-18 cm
-New measurement - 18-18,5 cm (+5 mm) ...actually, this was my goal for the end of September, so I hit it now finally


GIRTH
I decided to also measure my girth, just so I know.
I measured it a long time ago, maybe 1-1,5 year ago. It has always been 11 cm under glans, 11,7 cm midshaft and 13 cm base.
Now these are my measurements:
ERECT
Top (under glan - 11,5 cm (+ 0,5 cm)
Midshaft - 12,5 cm (+0,8 cm)
Base - 13,5 cm (+ 0,5 cm)
FLACCID
Midshaft - 10,5 cm (+5 cm) ... I remember when I measured this long time ago, it was only around 10 cm


Comments:
I don´t know if I got these measurements only because I measured differently now or because I really got bigger. Before that I used a paper stripe with numbers on it, which I made myself. Now I used an earphone wire and then put the measured length on the wire to the comparison wtih the ruler.
If I really gained, I dont know if it is because of the various stretches I have been doing since May probably (and hanging before that - since February) or because of the occassional girth sessions I have been doing, especially 3-4 weeks ago I had 2 week period which was quite girth intense, doing girth almost every day, sometimes even 2 times per day lightly.
But either way, these are my new measurements and I am quite happy.

Overall gains during the last 3 months:
-length - 0,5 cm
-girth - 0,5 cm
(but maybe I gained also before, but I did not measure)


Original plan for year 2020:
By the end of December
-> NBPEL - 18 cm
-> BPEL - 20 cm
Current status as of 10th December 2020:
-> NBPEL - 14 cm (need 4 cm more)
-> BPEL - 18,5 cm (need 1,5 cm more)

Final comments:
I have not reached the precise goal that I set out in the beginning, but I think I have done quite a good job, I am content with my results. I have never had a full year to begin with. I begin with this journey seriously (doing a dedicated, programmed and planned routine) around April/May, which gave me 8 months. I have gained all this through DLD´s SRT routine (slightly modified for my own personal preference). Before this I did hanging for about 2-3 months but actually LOST length, so I stopped it and started with the SRT routine.
On the way, I was mastering the basic stretches as well as learning new ones, like Mandingo stretch (which I had always been afraid of) or Erect Stretches. I have also done some girth work occassionally, combined with edging. Actually, I edged after every single PE session as part of erect stretches. Sometimes I also edged outside of length sessions just to get a good hard erection and also did some Erect squeezes as well as O-bends semi-erect. This may have caused me to gain a bit of girth too. One of the key, if not the biggest key, for my gains has been WRAPPING which I discovered just couple of months ago. It really works like magic.

and your current measurements are the same 0.3 cm more

If you change your goal the 25 cm it’s just a better round off number and it will make it so much easier for you to get to 24 cm

Length work: I feel like I am getting good stretch. I found a spot on my hand/fingers where I measure the tip of my stretched/erect penis. Now it´s from the bottom of my palm to exactly the middle part of my middle finger, sometimes a bit more. My goal is for my penis to reach the tip of my middle finger which is additional 4 cm. Then it will be big like my entire hand which is 18,5 cm.

Girth work: I got really good expansion when doing the girth work, I will keep doing it twice a week.

I’m glad that the length and girth work is going so well! I said to go for 25 because I used to do this in the gym when I was weight training. My goal would be to benchpress say 300 pounds so I’ve set my goal to be 350 pounds because it made my 300 pound goal seem simple. I hope that makes sense LOL
