- NBP: 1-1,2 cm (not sure why so much, probably because I lost a bit of fat in this area, but maybe also because of the base stretches and erect stretches, those might have helped...I noticed my penis retracts insanely even when erect...for example, when standing it goes a bit inside...same when laying on bed...my best length is when sitting on the edge of a bed)
-girth - 0,1-0,2 cm (the girth work I have been doing might have helped, been doing it 1-2/week, 30-40 minute sessions)

I am quite happy with this. But now I really need to intensify my routine even more. Or maybe increase frequency. I am not sure what would be the best way to really reach my next goals. Unfortunately, I have just my hands right now, no device at all. Any advice would be appreciated!

Also, I wonder what does it mean when my BP stretched flaccid length is 19 cm but my BPEL is less than that (18,5-18,7) ? Does this mean my penis has the potential to be 19 cm also when erect? If yes, how do I achieve it?

To answer your question, yes it's potential Maximum length you have, with bpfl always usually being larger than bpel.

I've found just with consistent training the gap shortens, it can take time or be quicker but as you're new it may be Sooner rather than later.

It may be possible if you got a brilliant rock hard erection where your like really turned on, that your bpel will be larger than what you have already and close the gap to that other measurement.

Thanks for all the advice! So the 19 cm is my potential maximum length you say but you mean maximum in general or maximum as of right now? Can I actually add more "length" overall to it? So that instead of 19 cm it would be let´s say 23 cm.

And I completely agree with the rock hard erection. It´s so difficult for me to get 100 % hard when doing the measurement. I feel like the best erections are when there is no psychological pressure.

I didnt feel sore the day after or even after doing them, maybe just a little bit. But what I mostly felt was the incredible stretch, especially at the base ligaments as well as overall increased stretching capacity of my penis. I will definitely keep them and see the results in the long run.

remember this, do not gauge your growth by your soreness. Being sore eventually goes away but gaining length never stops. Some men think that when the soreness is gone they can no longer grow and this is simply not true. The power assist stretches are no joke and will bring you to where you want to be so much quicker. And remember if you can’t afford a link master create your own fulcrum.

...in a hot bathtube ... its incredible how pliable my penis was..I havent had a hot bath in a long time so I almost forgot the feeling...really good for PE session...I wonder if hot bath can actually have some positive effects recovery wise for penis tissue...?

...in a hot bathtube ... its incredible how pliable my penis was..I havent had a hot bath in a long time so I almost forgot the feeling...really good for PE session...I wonder if hot bath can actually have some positive effects recovery wise for penis tissue...?

...I was insanely horny and had the urge to bust a nut but I didnt do it and Im glad, I maintained nice expansion.

Thank you! I am also curious! Honestly, the girth work with the SSJs have been giving me great expansion. Also the erect stretches seem to work well. I just feel like I may up the intensity of sthe stretches a bit or time too (which is what I did already).
Also, couple of days ago I had a bit of pain right under glans on the left side. It looked like lymphedema or something. It was like a small bump, like a vein but not a vein and it hurt me a bit when grabbing my penis when stretching. So I had to grab a bit lower. It disappeared after a day or two. But I would like to avoid this in the future..any tips?

Thank you! I just upped all of my stretches my 5 seconds. I know it is a bit too low, but I wanna go little by little. Probably each week 5 s.

Tiny steps add up to huge jumps! In PE we want to consistently and progressively step things up to keep things growing. Adding that five seconds it adds up to minutes and hours so keep being consistent and progressive and you’re going to see growth continue

I was wondering if I can do the girth work right after my length work? Because in the SRT theory you said that after length work the penis should be wrapped for at least 4 hours. So I´m curious if its better to do just length work that day and keep it wrapped, or do length work and right after that girth work and wrap it after that.?

So you would do your length first obviously and if you’re going to go right into your girth routine then I would use the cock ring after the girth routine for a few hours. Remove the ring, get a couple minutes of flaccid stretching then I would use a sleeve, a SiliStretcher or ace bandage to keep yourself elongated after you’ve healed for girth.

that rule is only for reasons of fatigue. If you’re not experiencing fatigue and you’re able to get another girth session in, go for it! You’re never going to hear for me to do less work I’m always gonna go with more work because I’m a PE psycho LOL

I was planning to measure at the end of April, which is right now, but I will give this routine another 4 weeks because I like how its going and measure then, at the end of May.

26 April 2021 (Monday) - Session 30
- Warm Up 5 min
-FIRST PART:
- Bundled Stretches 6x1min
- Low Shaft Grip expressive stretch 6x1min

- MAIN PART:
Powerassist stretches (All 10 of them)
1 round of each exercise for 45 seconds (if straight out) and 2x45 seconds (if to the sides - left and right)

-LAST PART:
- Erect Stretches 6x1min
- Erect Kegels 100 quick ones (60 + 60) -> 10x5 second holds
- Testicle massage and stretch (3x30 seconds up and down)
- Wrap up (cca 5 hours)

+GIRTH WORK evening (6 sets; cca 60 minutes)

27 April 2021 (Tuesday) - Session 31
- Warm Up 5 min
-FIRST PART:
- Bundled Stretches 6x1min
- Low Shaft Grip expressive stretch 6x1min

- MAIN PART:
Basic Stretching (All 4 Directions, each 45 seconds) - 1 round

-LAST PART:
- Erect Stretches 6x1min
- Erect Kegels 100 quick ones (60 + 60) -> 10x5 second holds
- Testicle massage and stretch (3x30 seconds up and down)

+GIRTH WORK right after (1 sets; cca 10 minutes) -> hair tie around penis base for few hours, then in the evening wrap

28 April 2021 (Wednesday) - Session 32
- Warm Up 5 min
-FIRST PART:
- Bundled Stretches 6x1min
- Low Shaft Grip expressive stretch 6x1min

- MAIN PART:

- MAIN PART:
Powerassist stretches (All 10 of them)

COMMENTS:
I have forgot to mention that last week and also this week I have been doing 1 set of all direction basic stretches (20-30 seconds) right before bed every day. I hope it will help with length.

I am really sorry for such a long absence. I have always wanted to post some update but I literally always forgot. And now I dont even remember all the workouts...so Im gonna summarize it just very fast.
During the past 2 weeks I increased duration of my stretches by 10 seconds per set. This week I am doing 60 second duration (Im gonna post this week´s sessions this weekend) and I am experimenting with a bit different grip when doing basic stretches. I always have my thumb below glans but instead of having fingers/grip over the top of glans and gripping it from behind like that, now I have the entire grip below the glans , like a regular ok grip with 2-3 additional fingers, depending on how far down the shaft I wanna grip it. I also put an ACE bandage around the upper half of my penis when I do this, it helps me grip stronger and keep my skin undamaged.
Also, I have been trying to do girth work every day, either 1-3 sets right after length session (if I didnt have time later that day) or separate from length session in the evening, usually for 6 sets (that takes almost an hour, so I dont do it so often usually 1-2 times per week).
I am really upping the intensity of stretches, especially straight out.
I also feel a bit of girth on my penis, so I am curious if I have gained something..we will see in 2 weeks.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
