Week 25 - Measurement Update

Monthly Progress:
Erect
: + inch length & no mid-girth.
Overall: length + girth

Updates for this week:
  • Sizegenetics at 2 x1.5 hour sets + 2 x1 hour sets increased every 15-20 minutes
  • Average 5 hours during evening with SG
  • Needed to up the intensity of stretch
  • healing in stretched state during sleep with Phallosan forte at high green level
  • Average about 4 hours at night with PF
  • Morning: bundled stretches + two BM workouts this week
  • healing in stretched state with MOS cock ring couple hours post-morning BM

Reflection of the Week:
Extending went okay. Needed to up the intensity by having the SG strapped on tighter to keep the stretch consistent without it loosening. Later in the week, up'd my focus on keeping the PF on during sleep for at least 4 hours to heal in a stretched state.

Was hoping for ¼ inch gain the month of June. Have one more week in June to make it count!

Ordered a set of MOS Durorings!

I was waiting for this I’m so glad you posted it today! Congratulations my brother on the gains in both length and girth. Keep it up and you will make that half-inch I promise?
 
Got a stupid small blister on the edge of my glands from the sizegeneticso_O wish I had found this site before I bought that device or else I would have went with the silistretcher or even game changer package.

I think I'll be saving up some money and make the plunge for the Silistrecher. I'm just now sure how the tension would translate over to my SG work?

I’m sorry my brother. I wish we would’ve done this year’s ago. But we all learn our lessons and today the brotherhood has the best equipment in the world.

I'm just unsure how I would have the tension when I begin the silistretcher. How is it comparable to the SG?
 
Your consistent, and very dedicated. Training like this will bring about those gains you require, as keeping to the plan through thick and thin is what makes it a test, and many men simply either play around to such an extent they tie themselves up in knots and eventually quiet.

On the right path you are, heading into territory with others by your side.

Reflection of the Week:
Going to be taking a three day break from all PE. Need to refresh myself and re-evaluate. I'll be ordering the Silistretcher because I like that the force can be measured and it will be far more comfortable than SG. Just need to figure out how to wear it best. I am happy with my gains thus far, but to be honest I had hoped I'd hit my first inch my now. Still 0.3" away from my first inch and this concludes month 6.

Thanks for the reply Red. Means a lot. I'm going to be taking a 3-4 day break as this weekend is busy but I'm going to give myself some rest and I need a mental break from PE. For some reason deep down I feel like I haven't found my sweet spot for gains. I've done well, but was hoping for more at this point. Maybe I'm too new at this and not realistic.

Its allot more powerful, as it isnt using extension rods. The maximum tension for the SG is around 2.5lbs while that is pretty low on the force for the silistretcher. Maximum pull I had it on 4kg.

In your opinion, how should I go about wearing it? I was thinking of using DLD's method and having it to the groin and changing direction every 1.5 hours. I'll probably keep the tension at 2.5 to start with though.

Mine arrives in a couple days and I will be using it for at least 10 hours a day + healing in a stretched state. Took a 5 day break and I'm back! Using the SG currently until I receive the SS in a couple days!

@REDZULU2003 how is it going for you? My plan is to rotate it between down each leg

I think you may be talking to me I’m not sure but if you are the two routines I’m talking about are in SRT right now so you can look them over. One of the routines is called Reverse Pyramid Hanging and the other is Triangle Pyramid Hanging. If you need any help on understanding these please just ask.

The first part of that post I am yes. It's the 4 hours max intensity then 4 hours medium followed by healing. I won't have the scale until I receive and review the product but once I do I can measure the intensity. I'll check those routines out.

I wasn't planning on hanging with the Silistretcher. Was going to strap it to my thigh

I dont do a routine at the moment, but when I have used the silistretcher as both hanger, and ADS, it has been very comfortable, easy to use, and delivers what was intended.
 
My plan is to use it as an ADS to replace my sizegenetics. Rotating from one thigh, to the next every couple hours

It’s the perfect replacement for the SG. But I would look into the different routines on how to use it to find what you will like best. Like I said the two newest routines are already in the SRT thread.
 
Been a busy week at work and was at the office very late each day.

Next week, with the addition of the Silistretcher, I'll be wearing it for close to 10 hours a day as an extended (0.5" beyond my erect length) 5 days a week, after my manual length workout. Folllwed by at least 4 hours at max flaccid during sleep.
