I do bundled! On the first post of my thread, it shows bundled :) I just stopped repeating them on the "quick bullet points" of my weekly progress

Thoughts on clamping at the base rather than an inch up for SSJ?

Cool I’m glad you’re getting them in. As far as the SSJ goes are you asking if you can clamp at the bottom instead of using your hand?
 
Week 15

Hello gentlemen!

Updates for this week:
  • Evening: 5 hour sessions of extending with SG
  • increasing extension every 15 minutes after first hour
  • healing in stretched state during sleep
  • Morning: bundled stretches + another four BM workouts this week!
  • healing in stretched state with MOS cock ring
  • some discoloration from the BM workout when clamping and SSJ
  • applying the cream daily to help reduce the discoloration

Workouts have been going great. Was slightly busier than normal this week but still managed 23 hours. Penis is feeling slightly thicker this morning!
 
That’s so cool that you’re using the methodology of reverse pyramid stretching, I’m very proud of you and impressed. I think you should make a big deal about this method of gaining length in an extender because I really believe it’s the fastest way to train.

Didn't get a chance to put in much hours today.. rough and very long day at work. Logged about 2 hours. Went higher intensity because of the shorter time, and still going to heal in a stretched state during sleep

  • Extending wasn't as "intense" of a stretch this week... aimed for 5 hours every evening
  • increasing extension every 15 minutes after first hour
  • healing in stretched state during sleep
  • Morning: bundled stretches + four BM workouts this week

  • discoloration from the BM workout is back with the increased frequency
  • applying the cream daily to help reduce the discoloration

Reflection of the week:
Didn't seem to get the stretch/soreness this week from extending... I think it's time to add a new small bar instead of twisting the rods. I just could not get a good hold when strapped in, and did not feel as intense of a stretch.
 
This stupid discoloration from pumping is such a bother. I can't pump right away to max pressure or I get red dots. I take my time slowly pumping every 30 seconds to get max pressure, still red dots, but not full intensity for the full 5 minutes. I slowly pump to max, every 30 seconds to 1 minute, then goto max pressure for 4-5 minutes, still red dots and discoloration.

I cannot be the only one on this forum that gets discoloration from pumping?
 
The way I found around that, was using less pressure, shorter sets. Between each set doing manual work, and then back into the pump again.

If you can get something in the future with a gauge on, like the MityVac, it will be more productive, as the bathmate, while being helpful, doesn't give you any idea on what pressure your working with.

Staying in 3-5HG is fine, ample enough, and in time working towards 7HG is plenty.

Have you tried the 5×5×3 in SRT? This routine is crazy to alleviate the issues you’re having. Add about five minutes most people start taking on water and will start to see red dots appear. That’s why it’s important at five minutes to start to do five minutes of SlowSquashJelqs. This will help disperse all fluid evenly across your shaft so as not to cause these issues.

How are you doing them? Meaning how did you learn to do them just so I know you’re doing the right thing.

In the most erect state I can get, I make an O grip really firm at the base, then with my Palm I press down on the head of my penis. After about 10 or so seconds I move up the O grip slightly and continue to bring the two hands together like an accordion. I get very good expansion but it doesn't disperse the blood from the skin
 
No. Make an ok grip at the extreme base and make an OK grip at just below the head and then squash your two hands together. You can use the palm of your upper hand to push against the head to force more blood against the lower hand. So the OK grip at the top of the penis is tight and the OK grip at the extreme base of the penis is tight and then these two hands to push together causing great expansion between them.
