Reflection of the Week:
Extending went okay. Needed to up the intensity by having the SG strapped on tighter to keep the stretch consistent without it loosening. Later in the week, up'd my focus on keeping the PF on during sleep for at least 4 hours to heal in a stretched state.

Was hoping for ¼ inch gain the month of June. Have one more week in June to make it count!

Ordered a set of MOS Durorings!

Got a stupid small blister on the edge of my glands from the sizegeneticso_O wish I had found this site before I bought that device or else I would have went with the silistretcher or even game changer package.

I think I'll be saving up some money and make the plunge for the Silistrecher. I'm just now sure how the tension would translate over to my SG work?

Reflection of the Week:
Going to be taking a three day break from all PE. Need to refresh myself and re-evaluate. I'll be ordering the Silistretcher because I like that the force can be measured and it will be far more comfortable than SG. Just need to figure out how to wear it best. I am happy with my gains thus far, but to be honest I had hoped I'd hit my first inch my now. Still 0.3" away from my first inch and this concludes month 6.

Thanks for the reply Red. Means a lot. I'm going to be taking a 3-4 day break as this weekend is busy but I'm going to give myself some rest and I need a mental break from PE. For some reason deep down I feel like I haven't found my sweet spot for gains. I've done well, but was hoping for more at this point. Maybe I'm too new at this and not realistic.

Its allot more powerful, as it isnt using extension rods. The maximum tension for the SG is around 2.5lbs while that is pretty low on the force for the silistretcher. Maximum pull I had it on 4kg.

In your opinion, how should I go about wearing it? I was thinking of using DLD's method and having it to the groin and changing direction every 1.5 hours. I'll probably keep the tension at 2.5 to start with though.

I think you may be talking to me I’m not sure but if you are the two routines I’m talking about are in SRT right now so you can look them over. One of the routines is called Reverse Pyramid Hanging and the other is Triangle Pyramid Hanging. If you need any help on understanding these please just ask.

The first part of that post I am yes. It's the 4 hours max intensity then 4 hours medium followed by healing. I won't have the scale until I receive and review the product but once I do I can measure the intensity. I'll check those routines out.

I wasn't planning on hanging with the Silistretcher. Was going to strap it to my thigh

My plan is to use it as an ADS to replace my sizegenetics. Rotating from one thigh, to the next every couple hours

It’s the perfect replacement for the SG. But I would look into the different routines on how to use it to find what you will like best. Like I said the two newest routines are already in the SRT thread.
 
Been a busy week at work and was at the office very late each day.

Next week, with the addition of the Silistretcher, I'll be wearing it for close to 10 hours a day as an extended (0.5" beyond my erect length) 5 days a week, after my manual length workout. Folllwed by at least 4 hours at max flaccid during sleep.
 
@DLD trying out the Silistretcher right now. Awesome product! This community really knows how to build effective tools. Great innovation! Perfect replacement for SG and my PF

That’s great to hear my brother! I would really love you to leave feedback in the store under the SiliStretcher so other people can hear your experience. We now are making all of our own products aside from the SG and the BM.

Very busy week at work but still managed to do some stretching and extending! Now using Silistretcher. Wow the comfort! I will update another post to show my new routine. Work should be lessening which means more evening time to ADS. I'll post my new routine and would love some feedback

I love people who take so much time to put into their routine thread. When somebody does this I know they’re taking their pe program very seriously. I’ve noticed lately that a lot of people have been doing this so those who are you’re setting a great example.

I’m subscribed and I will keep a watch on you as you grow and become bigger. Keep up with these great logs, they’re going to be very valuable in the future to you and other men who are reading this.

The more they put into their logs the better. Keeping a good cleaning log with every detail will be the best thing in the future when you want to look back on how and why you made the gains that you made.

Forgot to mention, that because I'm now doing 4-5 days of consecutive BM workouts, to help minimize discoloration I do firegoat rolls between sets, and at every 1 minute of the SSJ

I was doing something similar, but I have opted to skip girth work for now.
I was doing similar stretches as you and alternating fulcrum type stretches every other day followed by minimum of 1 hour Silistretcher post workout.

My next 3 month workout is fulcrum stretches exclusively followed by minimum 1 hour Silistretcher.

I agree with all that work in time put in to this he’s gonna definitely benefit big time. How was your fulcrum work going my brother?

My workout previously was a combo of newbie stretches and fulcrum stretches then wearing Silistretcher post workout for minimum 1 hour.
I gained 3/8 of an inch in 3 months, so I am really excited to continue.
I switched it up though to just fulcrum stretches then Silistretcher post workout.

I think I will gain girth easier.
I want all my concentration on length first.
It just works better for me.
I might add girth at the same time later after I have gained more length, but length is what I would really like to gain right now.
I have made small girth gains while working length which leads me to believe I will gain girth easier.

Discoloration yes, but it gets minimalized with the fire goat rolls. My plan is to get as much girth as possible and then remove the discoloration

Keep a close eye on it and be sure to use your fire goat method each day to avoid this. Once deep discoloration sets in it’s almost impossible to get rid of. So preventative measures are very smart to put in place.

Damn seriously? Okay well I'm sure some will be permanent then. Will do @DLD i do them each and every set and the top of every minute during each set of 5 minutes

Been using the silistretcher as a way to do my manual work, followed by as many hours as I can stretching at ½ inch beyond erection length. Plan for the future is to ensure 7-8 hours during evening stretched at ½ inch beyond EL, then 3-4 hours stretched at max flaccid during sleep.

Reflection of the Week:
  1. Although it is almost Saturday, I added in tomorrow's BM workout because I won't miss it. Great week and can only get better.
  2. Using the SS for manual work, followed by ADS as shown above. Critical to keep doing firegoat rolls between sets from BM too. ADS at ½ beyond EL. Plan next week is to incorporate nightly 3-4hours at max flaccid stretch.
  3. Woke up this morning and it looks and feels as if my penis is slightly bigger. Won't be measuring until August 3rd!
  4. Siliscale hasn't arrived yet.

Me too! My girlfriend said she was sore after sex. I really think my girth is up and mid-girth must be 5"+ because she's never said that before!

Question for you.. in your years of experience, is there anything that can help with testicle size or make them hang a bit longer?

Yes indeed my brother simply go to the newbie routine and look at the testicle Health massage and stretch and your nuts be hanging down to your knees.?

@DLD ive seen you mention this on this forum numerous times. But just to clarify, you've seen best results from users stretching to their max bone-pressed flacid length after manual work?

Because on the Silistretcher routine you had mentioned 4 hours of moderate tension. Does that mean at full flaccid stretch? Followed by 4 hours of mild

You always want to set the stretch a bit past your flaccid stretched size. At high tension this will be active or gaining. At moderate to low or tensions it will be for passive or healing. So after you’re done with your length routine you want to wear your ADS for as long as possible to help cement and make permanent the gains.

Thanks for the reply! Just wanted to make sure I'm doing it right with the reverse pyramid. This week I've been trying @JustGrow method of 1 hour post workout active stretch, 3 hours moderate, 4 hours mild. I've averaged about 7hours a day this week
 
Thanks for the reply! Just wanted to make sure I'm doing it right with the reverse pyramid. This week I've been trying @JustGrow method of 1 hour post workout active stretch, 3 hours moderate, 4 hours mild. I've averaged about 7hours a day this week

What you said it sounds just right but if you are in any need of advice please just ask. I’m so happy you’re using the reverse pyramid hanging as I think it’s one of the best ways to gain length.
