Weekly Notes:
  • Still extending to max flaccid stretch. It's a bit fatigued on Day 5 of workouts (little uncomfortable pain on 3rd hour today on low tension).
  • VLC tugger during slesp
  • BM Friday session was great! Took half dose of viagara for it ;)

Another good week. Definitely felt a good stretch each day.

Decided to take tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday off from SG. Felt a bit sore on the side of my shaft during hour 3 of my session today, so I stopped there and will rest the next two!

Another good week. Definitely felt a good stretch each day.

Decided to take tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday off from SG. Felt a bit sore on the side of my shaft during hour 3 of my session today, so I stopped there and will rest the next two!

It all looks good from this point, you seem like you have your groove on big time! Taking two days off is just fine, just make sure you come back on the third day LOL days off and sometimes lead to weeks and months off. I hope you have a great weekend resting I look forward to you getting back to work on Monday.

Have no fear DLD! Mondays workout was good. Did a bathmate session this morning and now currently extending right now for Tuesday!

Last couple weeks with SG have been truly eye opening. I always read to go half inch above erect length when stretching. But had also read to go at max flaccid stretch. My max flaccid stretch is almost a full inch more than my erect length. So these last couple weeks at max flaccid stretch have been challenging because I really feel the stretch.

Perhaps my lack of gains was a result of this? Only time will tell. Let's see what works. Measurement day tomorrow!

Yes, your lack of gains was because you weren't stretching at the appropriate tension. When using the SG, start with a lesser force during your first set. Just stretch half inch above your erect length.

After your first 1 hour or 1.5 hour session, the second to last, you start increasing the tension on the rod every 15 to 20 mins. You will eventually increase it to max tension before 1 hour.

Always follow this pattern and trust me, you will gain 0.1 with the Size doctor or SG or any extender at all every month.

Just read through your log. Keep it up man seems like a great routine!

Your doing really well ... its not easy, and at times you just feel like packing it all in. Can become very tedious and boring, but when you start to see that small change, makes it well worth it.

Exactly you got a fuel yourself with the smallest gain because each gain adds up! I never went through PE hoping to gain a certain size, I had a goal in the back of my head but my main goal was to get the most out of every day. Keep your mind in the moment and keep your visualization positive and expected! Dream it, believe it and make it happen.

Bathmate is fun! I enjoy that workout. And I know I'm up in girth because I can feel it. SG, you're spot on guys.. can be boring and repetitive but have to push through and take this day by day. Will post up a measurement tomorrow before I do a girth session :)

That’s the attitude you want to have! PE should be fun and you should look forward to it. Repetition can be extremely boring to the point of quitting. Keep variety is much is possible to keep the fun factor up always increasing intensity to continue gains.
 
Week 9 - Measurement Update

Hello brothers!

Monthly Progress:
Erect: +inch length & +inch mid-girth.
Overall: 0.2 length + 0.3 girth

So happy about the progress! mid-girth is so close to 5" LOL



Weekly Notes:
  • extending at max flaccid but will now do .5" beyond erect then up intensity
  • VLC tugger during sleep
  • BM sessions have been great!
  • Cock ring worn for 4-5 hours after BM workouts
  • 3rd Saturday I've used half a serving of Viagra to get a great pump during my BM session
Overall hours vary but I can get to about 20-30 each week. Was a very busy week.

Have a small cut on my frenulum (sp?) the part that attaches my foreskin to my head. Hopefully it heals up quick. Doesnt bother me for workouts at all.

I also get a wicked pump after wearing the vlc at night in a stretched state.

Loving the results for far guys! Thanks for the help and encouragement!

Sorry to hear about your frenulum but if it’s not bothering you it’s not a big deal. But if it starts to become an issue you do have options. Option 1 Is going to a surgeon and having it professionally removed, or if you’re handy and very careful visit the frenulum tying thread. So many have had such great success removing their frenulum on their own. Just go check it out to see how they do it.

Again congratulations on gains and I can’t wait for the next ones that are coming.?

Frenulum cut has gotten a little worse so I'm going to take today and possible next two days off so it heals. Frustrated.. especially after the progress I was making. Put a bandaid with polysporin on it

Dan I would seriously check out the frenulum tying thread because I think it would be very easy for you to do this especially with the condition that your frenulum is in right now. It looks scary but if you read it it’s very safe if you follow the directions and there’s a ton of support in that thread.

I’m so happy hear that you have healed up frenulum, that’s a very frustrating injury. But it looks like it’s not affecting you now and that’s great. I also like the fact that you’re readjusting tension at 20 minutes as I have found myself that had 20 minutes tension can start to loosen so it’s smart to stop and readjust. As far as your noose ripping I suggest you use either of the Velcro strap modification for the VLC modification. Both are far more comfortable and you can get so much better of a stretch using them. Keep up the good work my brother!
 
Week 11 -

Pretty good week for hours logged and workouts!
  • new silicone noose is thicker, allows for less slippage
  • 5 hours seems the sweet spot, any more is difficult
  • for anything over 5 hours, I took a 30-40 minute break before the next hour
  • slight discoloration from pumping a little to quick on my first set today

I find that 5 hours extension followed by VLC stretched at night gives me some solid girth pump during my sleep and morning for some reason. Any longer in extension and I don't get this effect. Is this a sign of any sort?

Excellent workout for today! I’m kind of lost on why you would see gains and where you’re seeing them in the VLC through the night. I would think if anything you would see length increases but since you’re seeing girth increases it makes it very interesting. Are you wearing your VLC up or down?

Wearing it down attached to the bottom of my bed. I only get the nice pumps if I complete a 5hr SG workout before bed. Any more and it doesn't happen

Haha I'm a back sleeper so it works out perfectly :D hmm maybe because when im stretched if i get an erection, the blood can only lengthen me to a certain point (because of the VLC) that is goes girth? I'm not sure but I'll take it!

Awesome to be a backsleeper! I sleep on my side and roll every hour! Impossible!

updates for the week:
  • 5 hour sessions of extending with SG

  • unconsiosuly during my sleep I've been taking off the VLC! Damn.
Going to up the intensity of stretch Sunday (new week). I know I'm new at this but I would assume the cialis 1-2x a week for a BM session would be beneficial because of greater expansion?

The VLC is not the best thing to wear to bed, I’m hoping that we can create a device that will truly be an all night stretcher but for now what I suggest are SiliSleeves, they’ll hold you in an elongated position while you sleep safely

Measurement day tomorrow. But just a quick recap of this week, only managed for 3 BM sessions. I planned for 4 but slept in one day!

Yesterday I up'd my intensity (stretch) with the SG because I didn't feel any discomfort.. normally I do, especially toward the later sessions of 1hr. Up'd it again today we'll see how it goes. I assume that means it's growth? We'll find out brothers!

DLD gave me some tough love during this week so it comes to no surprise I didn't see any girth gains this month. Only 11 BM workouts. Need to hit this 4x week then up it to 5 eventually. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from now on I will do this. I was averaging 3-4 up until this month. Now 4 is the minimum. They're fun workouts and I gain ⅜ in expansion mid girth from it. Won't let you down this month DLD.

Thoughts on clamping at the base of my penis during the SSJ's so I don't lose out on base girth gains?
 
I’m not seeing bundled stretches at the beginning of your training which are very important so I suggest you implement five minutes of those. You might also want to do and expressive stretch and erect stretching. Other than that this routine looks awesome

I do bundled! On the first post of my thread, it shows bundled :) I just stopped repeating them on the "quick bullet points" of my weekly progress

Cool I’m glad you’re getting them in. As far as the SSJ goes are you asking if you can clamp at the bottom instead of using your hand?

Workouts have been going great. Was slightly busier than normal this week but still managed 23 hours. Penis is feeling slightly thicker this morning!
 
That’s so cool that you’re using the methodology of reverse pyramid stretching, I’m very proud of you and impressed. I think you should make a big deal about this method of gaining length in an extender because I really believe it’s the fastest way to train.

Didn't get a chance to put in much hours today.. rough and very long day at work. Logged about 2 hours. Went higher intensity because of the shorter time, and still going to heal in a stretched state during sleep

  • discoloration from the BM workout is back with the increased frequency

Reflection of the week:
Didn't seem to get the stretch/soreness this week from extending... I think it's time to add a new small bar instead of twisting the rods. I just could not get a good hold when strapped in, and did not feel as intense of a stretch.
 
This stupid discoloration from pumping is such a bother. I can't pump right away to max pressure or I get red dots. I take my time slowly pumping every 30 seconds to get max pressure, still red dots, but not full intensity for the full 5 minutes. I slowly pump to max, every 30 seconds to 1 minute, then goto max pressure for 4-5 minutes, still red dots and discoloration.

I cannot be the only one on this forum that gets discoloration from pumping?
