The way I found around that, was using less pressure, shorter sets. Between each set doing manual work, and then back into the pump again.

If you can get something in the future with a gauge on, like the MityVac, it will be more productive, as the bathmate, while being helpful, doesn't give you any idea on what pressure your working with.

Staying in 3-5HG is fine, ample enough, and in time working towards 7HG is plenty.
 
This stupid discoloration from pumping is such a bother. I can't pump right away to max pressure or I get red dots. I take my time slowly pumping every 30 seconds to get max pressure, still red dots, but not full intensity for the full 5 minutes. I slowly pump to max, every 30 seconds to 1 minute, then goto max pressure for 4-5 minutes, still red dots and discoloration.

I cannot be the only one on this forum that gets discoloration from pumping?


Have you tried the 5×5×3 in SRT? This routine is crazy to alleviate the issues you’re having. Add about five minutes most people start taking on water and will start to see red dots appear. That’s why it’s important at five minutes to start to do five minutes of SlowSquashJelqs. This will help disperse all fluid evenly across your shaft so as not to cause these issues.

I'll look into this product and implement lesser pressure. You're right, the BM has no way of gauging real pressure.

In the most erect state I can get, I make an O grip really firm at the base, then with my Palm I press down on the head of my penis. After about 10 or so seconds I move up the O grip slightly and continue to bring the two hands together like an accordion. I get very good expansion but it doesn't disperse the blood from the skin
 
No. Make an ok grip at the extreme base and make an OK grip at just below the head and then squash your two hands together. You can use the palm of your upper hand to push against the head to force more blood against the lower hand. So the OK grip at the top of the penis is tight and the OK grip at the extreme base of the penis is tight and then these two hands to push together causing great expansion between them.

Unfortunely no gains this month guys. Logged in well over 100hours in the SG and did BM 4x a week.

As I was stating in my weekly logs, I wasn't feeling the stretch on the sides of my penis as I had been the month prior. On top of that with the added tension, I couldn't get a strong enough hold but I think I corrected that this week.
 
Every PEer encounters these obstacles. I've relied on these pages for guidance, knowing full-well with The Three D's (dedication, determination and discipline), I can over-come any plateau. Sounds like both your head and your routine are in the right place...gain-on!
 
Going to increase my duration time in the extender. I used to feel the nice stretch (slight discomfort) toward the last 10-15minutes but haven't been feeling that extending at .5" beyond my current erect length.

I'll try 1.5hr sets tonight. What do you guys think? Up the duration?

Sounds good to me! My opinion the more you do the better.
 
I also added another set for my BM sessions. Going to do 5x5x4. The first set being more of a warm up! Need to break past 4.6 MEG

That sounds just right. Adding a set is a smart idea as long as your penis can handle it. That extra set might put you over the top you only need a little less than a half inch. I see that happening in the next month or two.

Ya exactly I'm only looking for 5 - 5.2" MEG. That's my goal!
 
What are your thoughts about people should strictly only focus on length, or girth, because doing girth may restrict length gains?

In my opinion it’s best to go with both if you have a good focus and concentration. But if your focus suffers I would say go for either length only or girth only until you meet your goals in that area. Or you can go by what you want more, if you want more girth train for girth but if you want more length train for length. Whatever you choose be sure it is compliant with the SRT routine as far as healing and gaining goes. If you have any questions or concerns please just ask so you know for sure. That’s very smart! The Phallosan will give you the best overnight stretch compared to the VLC. The VLC just does not have enough intensity. the Phallosan and the SiliStretcher are two devices that we have used overnight with great success. Both devices have been used in the SRT for similar functions. The best place for the VLC is to be used in conjunction with the SG as an attachment. The rest your routine looks awesome I’m glad to see you’re getting bundled stretches in.

Thanks DLD! I plan on getting the silistretcher once I begin hanging but that won't be for awhile.

I also found that while doing the bathmate rougine, what's helped me to kind of reduc the discoloration is 1. Pump in room temp water instead of warm/hot and 2. Thoroughly massage once my sets are done, the skin of my penis to push it all back into the blood. I still use the cream as I do this
 
If you can do some light jelqing between the sets, it will greatly aid circulation and with keeping that discoloration down.

Agree completely! Go for the SRT 5×5×3 routine and you’ll have a very awesome pumping experience.

Productive week in comparison to last week.

I enjoy the Phallosan at night time. Been wearing it at yellow, or low red. Averaging 6hours with it on during my sleep, pulling strait down rather than to the side. I wake up every couple hours, take it off, then put it back on. So the sets are about 3 hours strait.

I like the added set of BM workouts, I know I'll gain by the end of this month! Sucks that today's workout on the last set as I was trying to get into the chamber at the most erect state I came. Oh well. Still a good workout

Sounds like your body has become accustomed to the extender which makes sense as all of us experience this.

This week will be more productive! Aiming for 30hrs of evening SG and healing in stretched with PF each night during sleep at yellow level.

Goal is to gain 0.2" by end of June! It's going to happen!

Pretty good week for extending. I took a rest day Thursday because my guy felt fatigued.

I am also going to be sticking to only three BM girth workouts a week spaced out by 2-3 days. Going to maintain my 4.7" MEG and focus on length this month. Hopefully that'll do the trick.

Finished up a good 5x4x4 workout today and will have time to extend for 4 hours followed by sleeping with the PF

This week felt good for extending. I took a rest day Friday because my guy felt fatigued and I will not extend today (Saturday). My eyes might be playing tricks on me but my penis looks longer. We shall see in a couple weeks!

I'm going to up the intensity of the SG next week by 0.1" only because Thursday I wasn't feeling too much of a stretch and I have not up'd it in two weeks

Looking good. I like that you’re taking on the 5×5×3 again, I think it’s the best routine for either gaining or maintaining. The gains are coming my brother, don’t worry.
 
Saturday is the next measurement update. My goal was to gain 0.2" by the end of June. I'll admit that last week I slacked on wearing the PF each night during sleep and so my healing in a stretched state could (and should) have been better. This week will be different, last night and the night prior I wore it for 4-4.5 hours before taking it off

The stretch hasn't been as good the last couple days because the SG sometimes loosens but I found another way to keep it tight and ready to go. I will eventually be looking into the penimaster once funds are good
