2 questions

I started doing jelqs and slow squash jelqs 2 times a day 450 wet jelqs and 5 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] (1 minute each) per session. I am looking for more girth at this point in time so no stretches for now. I am increasing my jelqs week by week but 2 questions:

Do you always need to warm up with a hot cloth even if you just do jelqs?

Do you guys still do your workout when your penis is still a bit sensitive/sore from the previous workout?

Well...everyone will tell you that you should warm up before doing pe...I don't. I just get right into it and haven't had any problems or pains. I Penis Enlargement everyday for at least 2.5 hours and take the weekends off...I will still pe if I am a little sore but the weekend is plenty of time for a break.
 
I always worked through soreness, it became a daily occurrence in my first few months. I too did not do many warm-ups but I did do warm-downs, this seemed to be all I needed.
