I am looking for more girth at this point in time so no stretches for now. I am increasing my jelqs week by week but 2 questions:
Do you always need to warm up with a hot cloth even if you just do jelqs?
Do you guys still do your workout when your penis is still a bit sensitive/sore from the previous workout?
