Not my penis, found this on Rddt. Is this an effective position to do BTC ? Im thinking of using the lm3 to attach weights to achieve this stretch.

A very powerful position made even more powerful by the length master.

Whats a good weight plate for newbies who are new to this routine, im thinking 5-15 lbs ?

Unless you're advanced, newbie should be less than 5lbs, starting at 2.5lbs and raise up 0.5lb every 3 to 4 weeks. Intermediate should around 8 to 10lbs. Advanced can go as much as 40lbs in the first 5 minutes, and lower the weight down to 8lbs in the next 40 minutes, and down to 4lbs in the last 30 minutes. Try to do a low:max:medium:low weight load approach.

Hey guys,

I started a new routine: 10 minutes of BTC and 40 minutes of non btc bundled stretching with the LM3. I’m hoping this will help break through the plateau.

I found a way to make the BTC position more manageable. It’s basically the position that Squirt Inducer Man demonstrates on his couch—kneeling with his head facing down into the couch—but I’m using two ball pillows to support my shoulders, which takes some of the tension off my neck. I’m also pulling the LM3 toward my toes, so the direction is more downward rather than parallel. Hopefully, I’m doing it correctly.

However, I don’t really feel anything unusual or special with the BTC approach. Maybe that’s normal, or maybe I’m just not pulling hard enough?

If you feel like the pull is light and there's not enough dull or achy sensation, pull harder. Don't pull so hard that you feel a prickly or painful sensation.

There should always be an aching or dulness of soreness. After you train. So if you're not feeling this, you need to increase the intensity, to the point where you do

Yeah i pulled harder in my session today, and I feel a slight soreness around my base afterwards, feel it now—hours later.

I havent felt this in a while—I pulled until I felt mild tension and some sore sensation, but not to much force though. So I think this session was productive. Thanks guys.
