Belated hello

Don't involve here in this on a detail level. Do what you do and she can know about it but that is it. Women know about my crazy weightlifting program, but that is it. The women in my life would never care about lifting 70-80 kilogram in dumbell row (just an example), or walking around with a 60 kg slam ball.
Just my suggestion.

You can do penis enlargement in the evening and night as I did it. Go high intensity is my recommendation, and everything 100% according to SRT.

Try to create a simple program, and you will be able to gain faster.
She did seem quite ok with what I told her so far. Quite curious!

Pen and paper are superior as an initial logging method. You can put it in a spreadsheet later, don't get obsessed with details. But it's easier to just copy it with a phone or a scanner later when you are done.

Make it simple and gain fast.
This is how always did pen to paper! There is no better way.

Quick question... how accurate are the markings on the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System? I've initially measured 6.7inch BPEL, but in the tube I seem to be at about 7.2 on the markings.

Is that a good sign, or just inconsistencies between my own measuring and the tube? Or perhaps that the vacuum makes it dig in to the fat pad more?

All tubes have a negative of 1 to 2 mm. In reality, what you see in the 7.2in is considered as less than that your potential gain. Under vacuum pressure, your penis stretches even further. Just like manual stretching, your penis stretches even further. An example, under the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, you notice that you suddenly get another 1 to 1.5in of extra length compared to pumping or manual stretching. So, you're not seeing thing, nor the marking is bad.

Fellas, I have the X30 too and I’m trying to understand how it reads in the manual. On the side of it there are numbers that don’t appear to be measurements and they are not clear in what they are. Since I’m new to it, bought this thing in 2017 and maybe tried to use it once, I am wondering if these numbers are somehow instructing gauge but the instructions on it don’t detail what they represent. I’m pretty sure it’s not the metrics. Does anyone happen to know?

Commonly, the Bathmate X30 is a main cylinder. There is no gauge on it. It does have an aftermarket hand pump, but you still have to mod it with a gauge. There is an instruction for that as well.

The instruction by the manufacturer is dubious to say the least. With the hand pump and gauge mod, it becomes much more than a tool.

It's up to you if you want to spend a bit of money to mod it, or just go straight to the MityVac instead. I use my modded HydroXteme 7 for on-the-go and as a final pump at 2.5in diameter for my girth. Unfortunately, with my desired length at 9in, that will be decommissioned before I can use it like I used to.

As for the X30, the total pump is to measure at 8 to 10 pumps. That will get the pressure up to around 4inHg. Using the hand pump will allow you to go very far. It will literally push your vacuum pressure past 12inHg. BUT DO BE CAREFUL!

Man, I ordered the MityVac last week and it still hasn’t arrived. Not sure what is going on but I think I would prefer a device with a gauge that was built into its design. I thought I ordered it 1 business day but I made the mistake of not tracking it. I reached out to the CS team to see if they could provide me with some details of it because my Lengthmaster was ordered after it and got here before it. I did the trial session of working out with it last night and that was different. It will take some getting used to but it’s no different than working out and getting sore I’m willing to put in the work. I’m making sure to not go TOO hard and hurt myself but hard enough that my body has to recover from it. In the meantime, I’m trying to use the X30 to improve my routine understanding. I have a pretty good feel for how much pressure to apply without going overboard. What you replied with was extremely helpful. Appreciate you much brother.
