Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

My first couple weeks at the new job, I was always wearing a sleeve and I would catch my coworkers sneaking glances. They either thought "dude has a hog" or they thought "does he really have a boner right now?" 😂
I miss those times. Maybe time for length work again.

This is your call. If you worked hard and feel constant fatigue after each pump, space out of your pumping session to every other day. If you feel your penis only get very light fatigue but bounced back immediately after a few hours, you can go 3 to 4 days on and 1 day off as 3 an 4 days will build plenty of accumulative fatigues.

Listen to your body. One week, you can only go 1 day on, one day off. Other weeks, you can go as far as 4 days on and you have to break. At times, your body can go even 6 days on. There will be time when your body tell you to break for 2 to 4 days just to recover. Your body will tell you when things are needed.

I took a 4 days off becausey body sounded the alarm bell I reached extreme fatigue because of heat and muscle stresses. All energy was divered to healing my other body parts and I had no other resources for the penis. You body will tell you the same when the time reaches the needs.

That's the thing - the only time I ever take a day off is when I get home late from work. Other than that, I feel I can go every day because my body hasn't once told me I NEED to take a day off but I feel like I should more often so that my penis can heal more. Thoughts?

As most of us go for 3 days, 4 most of the time, and 5 days in a row max. If you still think you can go on, give a rest day anyway after 4 days, or even 5. As long as there is a good 15 to 18 hours of sufficient healing time, that is enough for the body to be satisfied. At times, you need to force your body to rest and reset as well. I would say cap out at 5 days max, and 4 days average for you. Allow that 1 day of rest. 3 days may be too light for your current level right now.

But do pay attention to details. Keep yourself safe and hit that pause button if your body calls for rest.

There's always at least 24hrs between pumping sessions, but I will go to 5 on/2 off.
 
As I start my new routine schedule tomorrow, I decided to take some new measurements and I get to update my stats! Gained .5" in base girth and .25" in length since getting my mityvac. Can't wait to see where I get to by years end.

Yes the brotherhood is your best tool
 
So I know that the ball and lig stretch is best for increasing flaccid size, but my balls hang really low to the point that they make my flaccid look smaller than it is. Is there a way to increase flaccid without making my balls hang lower? Pumping has helped but I'm looking for other ways as well.
