Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

With the 5x5x3, I'm staying at my base levels like when I first started out. As much as I want to go full throttle, I know I need to start slow and work my way up.

I'm doing 1on/1off in order to maximize rest and efficiency.

This is a long haul game and I'm in it to win it.

Before every session, whether length or girth, I always make sure to do a few minutes of bundled stretches, mandingo stretches and tunica blasters to properly warm up.
 
So my mosred showed up and I couldn't be happier.

One thing though - in the shop it said "spend $100 and get a couple free sleeves" so I added them to the cart and I was still charged for them.

@DLD could I possibly get help with those, or at least a credit in the store?

- i have about 4-5hrs between getting home from work and bed time. Would it be worth it to squeeze in another round of stretches and wear the sleeve for only 4-5hrs or should I keep the status quo?

Nothing better than more sets! The more you stretch the longer you will get.

4 hours -ish is a good point. More is better. Our Guru goes as long as 22 hours. Damn nutty man.

Yes. 4 hours is an average threshold. Some can be as short as 1 hour, and some go as long as 24 hours.

Hm. JOB to emphasize, but capital J for Job already indicates you are not a nutty "job" ;)
 
By the way, keep the sleeve as loose as you can. VERY LOOSE! You can creat a loose bulk near the base of the glans to prevent slippage inside the sleeves or you'll get a bit of a numbing feeling after 4 hours.
 
Uncle Jims wrap with ace is also good because you can really set the best tension by simply wrapping to adjust the wrap to be exactly the tightness you desire.
 
Well I finally did it - added another half turn to my bundles!

Felt like it was the right time to add something to my routine, and figured extra bundling was the way to go.

Time to add some more length!
That is great news! You will be able to bundle more and more. Bundles are the secret to length.

It's sounds like your tunica is yielding quite a bit. This is where the girth expansion heading to optimal gain point, and as the tunica yields, so will the length increase. Malleability in the tunica is the key to rapid gains. Do keep the tunica warmed as much as you can to maximize that malleability during your bundling.

I do my routine directly out of the shower, and also keep a small space heater handy to keep my room warm.

Always trying to implement the advice and tips I've received along the way.

It's on par with drinking trace minerals specifically tailored for men's health in the western countries. It jolts the body up because of the sudden uptick of the missing dose of trace minerals concentration that it needs.

But, depending on what you're using it for and in what combination, you have to be very aware of its potency level as well as its interaction. Just like any aged minerals, not all minerals are "pure" or "authentic". Watch out for fakes that add with bad fillers and claim it's shilajit. This is where you have to worry about the interaction of other supplements and your dietary intakes.

My diet is good enough, usually hit my macros. As far as supplements, I'm just taking my l-citrulline in the morning after my length routine.

I was curious about how it's claimed to boost T levels and all that.

For T-level, it's a supplementary boost only if you are healthy. The trace minerals helps to boost the free T-level by a few hundred (avg around 210) for healthy subjects. For those who have issues with T-level, it will fluctuates between 20 to 70 only.

I had this test years ago and my T levels were good. Since it has been about 10 years should I get tested again?
 
So lately I've been getting incredibly strong morning wood to the point where I have only been doing every other day length routine because my erections won't go away on some days. Which has me feeling like it's time to get into a AM length/PM girth 1on/1off routine

I have a question regarding pump sizes - would a 12" tube create a stronger vacuum than the 9" tube? Like would i see an increase in length gains if I got a 1.5" x 12" tube vs my current one?

Also, would it be possible to get a custom tube that's like 1.3" to further increase length gains because I'd pack it much quicker?

Make sure to monitor this. As you continually enter into a series of hard erections, you may be entering a great phase of new growths. A few brothers here can testify to the awesome phases of growth where morning woods keep them from having a normal flaccid state all day. Some have to release their loads 3 to 4 times just to keep the flaccid state from saluting everyone around them.

Haha that was my length measurement, girth I think would come out to around 5.125 - 5.25. I haven't measured in awhile but I think I'm just under 5" currently

And thank you! I'm just glad to be back in the game with consistency again.
