Thank you so much for teaching me something new! I can't wait to jump into pumping now. I've done a couple quick sessions to get a feel for it, but now I think I'm ready to get consistent.

I do have one more quick question though - if I pump at night, will that affect stretching in the morning, since temp gains can last up to 24hrs?

For me this is an issue.
I have problems doing that. Becouse my temporary expansion also last a really long time (24 hours).

This is the reason I went with length work first and then later/now girth work. I tried doing both at the same time, but I pretty soon realized my tissue could not handle it.

I had to much temporary expansion once when attaching into the chamber of LengthMaster 3. I was stupid enough to go immediately from the pump to the Lengthmaster 3. I got blister from that.

Always do girthwork after length work, and not the other way around.
Try splitting them up many hours from each other, and see if that will work. But as I said, for me it did not work. Maybe if not using LengthMaster 3 it's easier to incorporate length work, and girth work simultaneously? 🤔

Maybe not the answer you where looking for, but I hope it helps you to optimize your sessions/programming your penis for growth.

I had originally planned to do lengthmaster in the AM and pump in the PM but even after a quick session with my pump, my penis is still quite expanded and made it difficult to do my warmup in the shower. I think I'm going to have to alternate days or maybe just keep focusing on length first before getting into a pumping routine.

Yes when you transition to the upper limit of intensity, it can be enough. It took me personally many months to get here. But 20 minutes x 2 = 40 minutes. But the question is if your penis can handle it?

Personality I need rest between my sessions. Mostly I did my sessions late in the evening and at night, and they where pretty close togheter most of the times.

Yes! I believe it's possible.

I later transitioned to only (most days) 1 session per day. It's hard to remember what I did exactly, but I have notes taken and my progress thread.

I can share the specifics of what I did if you want to. I have some 'secrets' that I applied to maximize my temporary elongation after session.

1. Transition to Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches (🔗 5D-BTC-BS = 5 minutes Dynamic-Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches).

But if you have an ADS (All day stretcher) to put on immediately after your session and then be able to hold this temporary elongation for hours, I believe you don't need to go as crazy as I did.

I only was wearing my 🔗 Penis Elongation Wrap in combination with bundled stretches to get my length gains.

There is so much optimization to discuss here to gain as fast as possible according to: 🔗 SRT.

But keeping your tissue really heated up before and during your session is really important as well in order to maximize you temporary elongation.

Before I ended my lengthmastering I got 2 cm of temporary stretched flaccid elongation, after each session. Took many months to get here. Heat and warmth was essential for this. Got 2 heating fans for this reason.

You got me thinking how thick a wall should be. 15inHg isn't that high to implode a thick PET wal of 2mm. That's the same thickness as the small water trap.

Yes! Maybe it was old? 🤔 I have had them for some years now, and they have been in the dishwasher as well.

I believe the shakers from smartshake are thicker.
I have one big 800 ml/28 oz at home, I will try my best to convert it later.

It's fun to implode things, but kinda annoying.
 
No. It's designed for blister prevention. However, you should not get blisters nor fluid if you follow the guidelines of 5x5x3 or similar. Sounds like you got your pressure too high, too fast, and too long. Perform the SSJ during the routine, but also to down the downward jelq to reduce fluid retention. If you don't remain erected, the amount of fluid will build up faster.
 
Is it a good idea to put on a sleeve after I take my cock ring off? Or should I just let it hang without one? @oldandlively @DLD @huge-girth

After a girth session, you wear your cock ring for 1 hour. After that, you take it off. If there is still some expansion left, I will rather allow the penis to hang freely no need to wrap a penis that has temporary expansion left.

If anything, I will rather put the cockring back on than to wear a sleeve that will constrict the expansion. My 2 cent.

I have a 1.5" tube coming so I can test out a new routine of lengthmaster in the morning and length pumping at night.

Yes. As many hours that you can put in, the faster the cementing can occur. Cementing is part of continuing expansion and elongation. Every chance you can add more time in, the closer to the objective you can get to in every post work process.

Understood. I'm gonna need to buy more sleeves, because the one I currently have now sits about a half inch from my base. Same thing happened with my last one
 
Look great. Looks can be deceiving, but the appearance for your post-pump flaccid EG is about 5.1in or even 5.2in. Soon enough, your post-pump flaccid EG will hit 5.8in. From there, cementing work while you're pushing for length.

Just measured and it's right around 5 1/8". While I love the immediate results, I've tempered my expectations and am working on filling this tube until I feel it's time to move up to my 1.75" tube. Playing around with a length pumping routine.

Oh, I'll switch out when I need it. 3 months later, I was out of them. Now, I'm in my 2in cylinder right after the 1st pump.

You're aiming for length first before you're aiming for girth. You will make it with girth in no time at all. To use what you have to push for girth, use up the 1.75in cylinder to induce girth expansion in the two or three pump sets before you can't use it any more due to expansion. While your tissues are primed, use a 11in x 2in cylinder to increase girth size.

Warnings. You will fill up that 2in faster than you think. My suggestion is to have that 11in x 2in cylinder on hand. Keep using that 2in cylinder to do both cementing and to induce steady length growth as well. Why in the world 11in x 2in? Your goal is 8.5in length. You need that extra 1.5in to be pulled by the vacuum and 1in head space for vacuum pressure control. I'm pursuing the same objective goal as you are at 9in x 6in.

Once you're using the SRT package, that 8.5in x 5.5in will be nothing but the past. You will shoot past it into 9in x 5.75 without any problem. Think carefully how fast you already gain in length and girth since August of last year. That's just being light on your routines. If you use a moderate to advance routines like most veteran brothers here, your growth rate will instantly accellerate within the month. We all said it here, "Consistency and intensity". Nearly shed tears this morning trying to up my intensity as well. 20 minutes of the Length Master at 10lbs constant stretches with a 20 minutes of 15lbs dynamic stretches to copy brother SIM in his Terminator form felt like my penis turned into taffy. But in the pump routine right after, my penis stretched and expanded to 7.5in x around 1.95in in the cylinder. BOOM! My mind was blown from the new potential accellerated growth after 6 months of programming and reprogramming my penis from ~6in x 5in. If I can do it, I know you can too brother.

It's funny you mention doing lm before pumping. I had an idea about a routine and would actually love your input:

30-40 mins of lengthmaster in the morning and length pumping at night. I'd be doing it every other day because I've noticed I'm still pretty engorged the morning after pumping.
