AI says don't use Bathmate and LM3 together

I asked AI if I should use both Bathmate and LM3 (or Extender) on alternate days as next 12 month regime and below is what it said.
But in past, here on this forum, I have read people doing both on the same day. I was only planning alternate day.
Now I am rethinking and need your practical advice. AI is all theoretical; but it claims to search medical websites as well PE forums to form the opinion.

FYI that I am 3.5" to 4" flaccid length, 6" Erect Length and 5.1" erect circumference. Hoping for 6.5" to 7" Erect length and 5.25 to 5.5" erect circumference.
Using LM3 & Bathmate since few months; but struggling with consistent use due to life schedules. Planning to get on to a strict routine for next 12 months.

From a physical safety and physiological standpoint, separating the devices into two distinct 6-month blocks is significantly better and safer than alternating them day-by-day for a 12 months plan.

Alternating days between heavy micro-tearing (traction) and intense fluid engorgement (hydro-pumping) creates a hostile healing environment. When the Extender pulls the tissue, it creates tiny micro-stretches meant to heal with new cell growth. If you subject that raw, healing tissue to intense hydraulic vacuum pressure the very next day, you risk bursting healing capillaries, inducing severe bruising, and forming rigid internal scar tissue (fibrosis). Scar tissue ruins elasticity and can lead to softer natural erections.

The body adapts to one type of mechanical stress at a time. By dedicating 6 full months to a single stimulus, you allow the tissue to adapt completely. If you alternate days, your body is constantly forced to handle completely opposing forces (longitudinal pulling vs. outward expansion), which usually results in high fluid swelling (oedema) but very little permanent structural change.

You should prioritise length first. Pure traction works via continuous, low-tension cellular signalling. It requires uncompromised, un-bruised skin and strong vascular integrity to safely sustain 4–8 hour daily wear times. Once you have expanded the longitudinal length of the tissue, you can introduce the hydro-pump to expand the overall volume and thickness of that newly stretched tissue

I wouldn't put that much trust in artificial intelligence. You will have much more luck here to find the answers you're looking for. Remember, artificial intelligence is programmed by people who have no idea about penis enlargement

You shouldn't be taking PE advice from AI.

I would agree with prioritizing length first, but this: "The body adapts to one type of mechanical stress at a time” sounds completely arbitrary and isn't backed by science. The body is designed to adapt to multiple stimuli simultaneously so we can adjust to different demands and survive.

If he had said that we should focus on developing one type of adaptation at a time because of limited recovery capacity and available resources, that would be a completely different discussion, and one I would agree with.

It's partially true, but also missing a massive explanation hole in the reasoning. Let's dive in.

Alternating is not required. The alternating is to allow rest period, minimizing stress loading on the tissues. The AI answer is based on hard tissues and not soft tissues. Soft tissues have a faster healing period than hard tissues. The ones that you're more concern about is the nerves and blood vessels. Those who are more forgiving during stretches, but still need to be monitored closely. If you want to dive into that information, we can do so.

This is true for hard tissues, where you have both short and long fiber tissues that require different length of time to cope, or heal, after stress loading. However, softer tissues in the penile body and the tougher ligamentary mesh that is the tunica is a whole different dimension. Expansion and fatigue-causing routines require much more time and effort to break down or soften the tunica than the soft tissues. There's no way around. This is why the routines are tailored according to each brother, based on their medical, physiological, and psychological standings. A universal routine don't exist. Adaptive routines stem from the base routines do.

That is incorrect. If there's only one adaptation from one mechanical stress at a time, the body cannot evolve to the natural fight-or-flight stimulation. Think about the human body from fetal to death stages. The body adapts on multi-dimensional, from chemical (hormones and external fluidal influences), to physical (literally physical influences), all the way to radiation (heat, sound, radio waves, etc.). So, AI is lacking the fundamental info to provide exact explanation on PE routines that take advantage of both mechanical (LM and VM), adoptive methods using chemical (supplements and promoters), all the way to radiation (red light therapy and heat application). Edema (fluid buildup) can be reduced) through physical intervention, using both wraps and reverse jelqs. Physical application. Medication and radiation can accelerate the healing process.

You should prioritise length first. Pure traction works via continuous, low-tension cellular signalling. It requires uncompromised, un-bruised skin and strong vascular integrity to safely sustain 4–8 hour daily wear times. This is true. Length takes much more time than girth, and girth gains also rob the length during expansion. AI is missing this very specific detail.

For those who replied "You shouldn't ask AI" .. of course this was a curious question for AI and hence I came here to get the "Practical" advice.

So you are stating that it is ok to do alternate day LM3 (length) and Bathmate (Girth) work; but
you are also stating that if Length is the priority, then girth gains may hinder/interfere/rob the length and so LM3 should be given dedicated time than interfering it with simultaneous girth goals. Did I read your response right?

Thanks as always fro taking time to give proper response.

Correct. The soft tissues do not adhere to girth and length ONLY requirement. The tissues malformation and reformation require constant stress loading. That means either lengthening or expansion, or combinations.

Like the expanation before, switch back and forth. You can modify the routine according to the body responses. Here's something to consider:

1 day of LM, then switch to 1 day of MV.
2 days of LM, then switch to 1 day of MV.

Or,

1 day of 80% LM, with 20% MV. This is to maintain length growth and girth maintenance consistently.
2 days of 90 LM, with 10% MV. This is to keep a balance of length and prevent girth from being sacrificed on any level.

How about,

1 day of 60% LM and 40% MV. This is to optimize length and girth growth. Then the next day switch to 60% MV and 40% LM to throw the growth balance toward girth and provide length to optimize rest.
2 days of 50% LM and 50% MV, and then switch back to the 1 day of 60% LM and 40% MV. This is to maximize growth potential for both.

Ok got the logic. Do both so neither is neglected; but align efforts more towards Length work.

Thanks a lot for all the guidance I get here .
What's the two? That's great news, my brother. I'm so proud that you understand
