7.25% is roughly around 1.35cm. Phew..that's some pushing there. 0.1cm push is only 0.54%. Way lower in injury risks.

But in reality, plasticity and malleability approach is to push your current max flaccid length past its boundary. That means your 18.6cm can be stretched to 19.9-ish cm without breaking your penis. Most of us that have younger and less thickened tissues pushed around 10% to 15% when the tissues are softer, more relaxed. Some can push up to 25%. But brother MickeyDeese is correct to correlate the 7.25% past the limit for you, specifically, after seeing a slowing growth potential.

I did also change my initial exercises to include some bundled dld rolls

I think I could probably wear the extender longer at low tension after this initial workout if time permits
Unless you think I should so something different

Looks like the tunica and septum are yielding for the new growth. This is simply observable growth. When you finally cement everything, you may suddenly see some extra growth after a turnover period of 4 to 6 months. Extra benefits. For now, continue working your way forward.
