I'm just thinking out loud, and we may consider discussing elsewhere not to hijack this thread, but using smooth thermal foam insert that fits the diameter of the cylinder to prevent roughness during heating and prevent the wall to morph during reshaping. Very cheap and economic method to reshape existing acrylic cylinders for the brothers.

My plans ideally is if I’m able to correct my left curve . I’ll then attempt to use the pump in another direction to add an upwards curve
