I decided to go with the MOSRed because I already have a lengthmaster and I've got silisleeves to stay elongated.If your looking for length i suggest the SiliStretcher but even better would be the lengthmaster. If your looking for advanced healing the MOSRED is your best choice

I think adding the MOSRed is going to greatly improve my healing, as well as during 5x5x3 and warmup before stretching in the morning.
Plus I've heard that red light therapy can help with scar tissue, as I've gotten some buildup over the years from sports injuries.

As much as I want to go full throttle, I know I need to start slow and work my way up.It's a game changer, BUT!!! don't go too crazy. Slow down. Slow way down! - 10 min shower warm up with bundled stretches
- 30 mins lengthmaster (up/down/left/right/btc)
- silisleeve for 10-12hrs
- 3 mins ball and lig stretch before bed.
I've been thinking and would love some input:
- i have about 4-5hrs between getting home from work and bed time. Would it be worth it to squeeze in another round of stretches and wear the sleeve for only 4-5hrs or should I keep the status quo?
Even if it can get only 4ish hrs in an elongated state after?Nothing better than more sets! The more you stretch the longer you will get.
