Silistretcher + 7 hours + Scrotum stretching and shaft stretching

As you can see i took two days off, life was in the way.
I switched back to the intense routine, this time adding twisting more the bundled stretches.

I aslo got a question, when stretching forward, the only parts stretched i can feel with my hands are the muscles ( i guess) that sit between the anus and the scortum, where the internal penis meets the pubic bone, and they get stretched the hardest.
Shouldn't it be the ligs that get stretched the most? or did i stretches everything and now its the muscles turn?

Glad your doing bundled stretches. When you stretch forward you are stretching all parts of the penis from the shaft right to the pubic bone

Wow. Coming in hard and heavy. Make sure to record how strong of a hold you have on your SSJ. This will give you info on the latter days about how much positive pressure you place on your intenal tissues as you progress. Some love to squeeze the life out of the penis, while some like it nice and gentle.

This is just a suggestion to take advantage of the jelqs you're doing already, especially the downward jelqs, how about doing a 90% restrictive downward very very very slow SSJ, holding two OK grips at the base of your penis, slowly sliding from the base to the middle of your penis for the next 3 minutes.

What you're doing is getting semi-erected, or fully erected if you can, grab your penis at the base, tighten both hands in a double grips using your thumbs and index fingers, and slowly pressurize your penis in a downward single very very very long stroke for next 3 minutes.

Why is this? You're take all the advantages you've done so far in stimulating the nerves and blood vessels to move the blood, and how, you're creating one final ballooning attempt before you use the SiliRings. It acts like you're in the middle a sex orgy with, optimizing the dopamine and oxytocin levels before the urge to explode inside the vagina. This is also true when masturbating, and before you blow the load, you do the same thing. It trains the mind to not ejaculate too early.

i would do this with no hesitation, i'm trying to learn how to do it right, and efficiently.

Funny thought is, after i finished the workout i thought about a finishing move, i didn't know that i could ssj downwards like you described here.
