5 minutes pumping (5hg)
5 minutes SSJ w/ Siliring at base

Constrast shower cooldown with Siliring

Keep Siliring on for 40 minutes then took off due to burning sensation.

All basic bundled stretching including Tick Toks (stretching the penis and attempting to touch the back of my heels back and forth)

Reflection: I have been happy with the two workouts thus far and I just as I've learned here on the forums to just do the best I can and hoping that less is more. Onward!

PS my foreskin restorer came in the mail yesterday so I'm excited to start that journey as well!

It's funny because my 16 year old daughter wanted to know what was in the box and my wife said it is for Mom and Dad's intimacy time (she didn't mention about the foreskin restorer and what it is) however our daughter did kinda recoiled. 😅

Slipped my mind to bundle stretch beforehand! 🤦🏽‍♂️

I went ahead and stretched during my shower with the Siliring on.

Bundled BTC left, center, right
Fulcrum bundle stretch (center, left, right)

Cold shower cooldown then 20 minutes with Siliring on.

Oh, the previous days stretches were also bundled and fulcrum when performing in the front.

I did noticed a lack of hardness during pumping and even with the Siliring the hardness level was about a 7 out of 10.
 
@Haursen great work on researching your supplement materials. I'll provide you a few more info on a few things.

As for testosterone antagonist due to phytoestrogens from soy, monks around the world actually counter this by eating fermented soy products, such as boiled tofu curds, fermented tofu curds, and even black soy fermented beans. I eat fermented soy products quite a bit with my meals to keep my gut healthy. You can also promote phytoestrogens leaving your system faster eating fermented cabbages (sauerkraut and kimchi), and promote nitric oxide production further through natural processes beside providing bioavailability of complex sugars via trace alcohol.

Since you're using LJ100, use HMB powder from Bulk Supplements to further triple the delivery of bioavailability of what you need. I didn't need to boost it that high, so I stayed away from LJ100. You also use saw palmetto for prostate health, which is awesome. Try to add fresh ginger brewed herbal tea and drink within 10 minutes of making it, along with either hibiscus flower or christantinem flowers as promoter for delivery mechanism to your cells. Something to think about as you travel long period and sitting quite a while. It also prevents blood clots formation.

All basic bundled stretching however I used a broom handle as a fulcrum.

I also did the stretch where I wrapped the penis around the stick and pulled down down, left and right (30 seconds each).

Contrast shower afterwards and massaged the left cord due to soreness. I let the cold shower water on the sore area, massaged more with organic castor oil then got ready for work.

Since I am a trucker I am very limited in my time so the time I have in the shower in the morning is when I stretch.

If you have any suggestions I'm open to them. 🙂
A Silistretcher is the best way as a trucker. Hours of stretching with no effort

Update as of 3-10-24

I have noticed that my erection level was stronger before intimacy with my wife!

Also, I took a bone-pressed flaccid measurement on 3-9-24 (the last measurement was 11-21-23 at 11:00 am), and no change...still 18.5 cm.

I don't measure erect girth because getting an erection is a challenge right now.

I look more into the research of the supplement Hawthorn by reading over the counter natural cures book and found out that it is best to take it before bed and actually 1 hour or 30 minutes before a workout.

I'm also considering the supplement horny goat weed after watching the video from Hink.

I noticed that MOS has the supplement tighten and that has horny goat weed in it I will research further.

Lastly I have a question... Does a bone pressed stretch flaccid measurement a good indicator of a natural erected state measurement?

The titan supplement has been discontinued. Best to find some Citrulline and Hawthorne on amazon at the correct dosage. I'd aim for 4-6g of citrulline(more if you wish) taken pre workout or during the day for PE.

BPFSL is a great indicator of enough tunica breakdown taking place for gains. If you measure BPFSL length before and aim for a 4-6% increase by the end of your session then that means that collagen breakdown has occurred and tunica remodelling will take place.
