Bathmate v mityvac

I got to ask pro pumpers on this subject. What's the high pressure zone you're going into after years of pumping in terms of inHg (forget mmHg). I tend to enter in between 10 and 13 inHg for the Bathmate, and in the old days, up to 15 inHg using Doc Johnson cylinder. 15 inHg was the high end for me as the vac forced blood and fluid blisters to form after the 4th session of 5 minutes.

I tried to break it down to 1 minute per session and span out to 20 sessions, but there was no feeling of yanking fatigue like the 5 minutes of dynamic pressure (up and down from 10 to 15inHg). One of my smaller capillaries burst under vac pressure when I was reaching 18 inHg after 2 years of pumping. So this is something for me to research on the pump vets. The human cadaver's penile corpus cavernosa had been recorded to reach around 500 inHg before rupturing, but that's just the corpus caversona. The veins, arteries, and capillaries are a lot more sensitive under extreme pressure, estimated around 12 inHg before becoming deformed/malformed and entering rupturing phases. The arteries and veins hear the heart can go as high as 20 inHg, but not so much for the further reaches like the brain, the arms, and below the belly.

You probably don't want to hear my comment, becouse it's non scientific.
I have no gauge I just go with the feel of my penis and my expansion when I look inside the cylinder. I can imagine that the vaccum is pretty high. Sorry for not answering your question, I may find out in the future.

Would have been interesting to connect a gauge to my Bathmate pump and find out.

But I do not recommend this method, becouse I know some men can't gauge this with the feel. There have been some members that have overpressured their penis and got inquired. 😢

I gave-up trying to keep my testicles from entering the tube...I just 'whole package' in my BM (shaft only in the MityVac)
I tried to put my testicles/balls inside the cylinder and pump today. It was comfortable, but hard to get them in there, but I could not go high vaccum/pressure...there was no room for expansion. 🤔

@squirt_inducer_man no worries brother. I can feel the high pressure too. I do have a gauge, and trust me, I can feel that extra exertion of tugs, pulls, and forced expansion at 12 inHg while being fully engorged through kegel. A bit of post dark skin occurred due to slight hemorrhaging as the blood escape the blood vessels and the corpus cavernosa. I'm putting together some schematics for the Bathmate right now to add on the gauge of choice my friends and I have been using.

Worst case scenario, and sacrificing a bit of the base expansion, you can use the cutout of silicone donuts to prevent the balls from being sucked in, or if you don't want to sacrifice the base expansion, cut out a bit of the furniture slider rubber foam (cheaper than silicone or gel pads) to prevent them from going through. The rubber foam is a bit stiffer, so it can be a bit more uncomfortable when the base over-expands.

I will put something together as well. But it will take some time.
