What was the conclusion?
I can't watch that long video.

I’ll try to summarize it the best I can think of the penis as a branch of wood the penis can resist up to a 100lbs the more stress under tension you add the more (the penile tissue) toughens up making it harder to stretch. This is done through intense training of more is better or adding too much work to quickly.

It is recommended for PE practitioners to take off 6 months before returning to training from years of abuse.

The nervous system and collagen tissue of the penis needs to relax to make it easier to stretch.
We need apply heat to the tissue to relax the mind and body.

Conclusion fatigue is something we want this is done by feeling good days work maybe the penis is tired or exhausted a little, or you feel the penis had a good stretch.

Not pain because pain can also result in too much fatigue leading to overwork.

He also mentioned that people who are more relaxed made consistent gains. Hence parasympathetic versus sympathetic state.

He also recommends other tips for loosen up the penile tissue before stretching not just heat. Such as scrapper to help loosen up the tunica and massages before stretching.

Thank you @orgasmic19. I wonder what happened to my penis, I was stretching the shit out of it. 😂 (just joking).

But I agree with all that. If you have been stretching for a long time without a rest, the tissue most likely need a longer rest period to continue growing.

If you stretch with to high intensity without taking a rest when the penis needs it, you will stagnate in growth...so called plateaus.

I can't say I'm a relaxed person on the inside, but on the outside I appear very relaxed.

Good points. This information confirms the experience I have had so far with penis enlargement. The thing with heat I can 100% confirm as well.

I mean some guys responds better to less stimulus and some respond better to more. It’s weird, but I read other PE forums where some guys made more gains by doing less.

Do you not think when they do less, they have more intensity (progressively and exponentially) while doing acive PE, and then having perfect timing on the healing portion. That is: Just the optimal/perfect stimulus balance for growth.

The funny thing is that I didn't had any plateaus when doing length work. I was stretching really hard.

Very possible perfect balance of short intensity and healing. I can’t train without soreness I mean the LM is so powerful I stretch to the max and love it, but I know that one day I’ll will have to take a decon break if I reach a big plateau.

I had soreness in my inner penis and ligaments throughout my length gain journey.
That was my goal. I thought if I didn't feel this I would not gain. It worked out for me.
