You need to get yourself a tube of hydrochlorism to keep the skin issue at Bay.
 
Did a few more days of training but haven’t logged in for it.

Took a few days off LM3 as I had some skin dryness. I think I may have kept a sleeve on too long and dried out the skin. Nothing crazy just needed to moisturize and heal it. I may have fallen asleep with it on and ripped it off when I woke up realizing.

No issues though.

Still hitting 6.8-7.0 in the pump
Depending on EQ and intensity. I generally increase the pressure towards the last min or so to try hit 7 if it’s not already there.

Excited to get back on LM tomorrow and I should be solid for another 20 sessions before the end of the year.

How do you feel everyday soreness wise with your penis with the use of the LM and the MityVac? @Dave4139

Life gets in the way sometimes so I don’t train absolutely everyday- however soreness wise I
Fine.

To be honest I think the extra blood flow with the mity vac actually helps repair tissues. Blood is what heals and brings nutrients to the cells as it is so it’s bound to beneficial.

I don’t believe I pull as hard as others on the LM just based off them saying their arms get tired. Mine definitely don’t but I’m still gaining so slow and steady is the goal.

For example on downward or BTC BS I’m using like 2 fingers pressure pushing rearward. I def feel the stretch but it’s never painful.

I work 70+ hrs most weeks and have a family so training is when I can get it in. Hr when I am out of town for work I tend to do like 7-9 days straight with maybe a day off in the middle. I’ve noticed gains come for me with extended rest after that. Like 2-3 days off after that and I seem to gain well.

An easy work week is like 50-55. That’s chill, some are 80+. It is what it is.

Sometimes I’ll only LM or only MV just due to time- but when I have the time or free in a hotel for the night I try and double up on both.

My wife is on board though too. So there’s times where I say hey watch the kids for 30min so I can go do my “chores” as I call them lol

Alright gents.

I’m in need of some assistance. I’ve been inconsistent- due to life. No issue there.

However. I feel like I need help getting more length. It appears I’ve stalled out a bit. Still 6.5-6.6 maybe and about 5.3 in girth.

Really wanting to push to 7” quickly.

I have added downward and BTCBS (where you’re on your knees pushing back) - but those haven’t been my focus on the LM. should I do the entirety of my 10min sets focusing on those?

Yes. You will experience fastest length gain this way.
Focus only on Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches. If you can hold them for 5 minutes each, and make sure your tissue is really warm during the entire session.

thought I had it rough doing 66 hours a week! And I don’t have any kids.
 
Completely unrelated- but related since today’s discussion was heavy on work schedule and stress.

I’m married to a stupidly talented physical therapist. however- we recently met a chiropractor whom I’ve been seeing and had a bunch of neurological tests done. Due to my high stress and such I found out I have massive adrenal fatigue and my nervous system was operating at 20% (actual numerical value from EKG type machinery he used to analyze my spine)

That being said. He did some work with me
Today and I feel AMAZING. posture improved. Mental clarity. Personality on fire all day. Joking like crazy. Joyous mood.

Had an 8 hr drive for this work trip. Got to hotel and got ready for bed- and I’ve gotta say the dick looks great. Tons of volume. Didn’t train at all today due to lack of time but it was hanging swell.

I’m optimistic that this new found efficiency in nervous system and HR variability and recovery will simply add more to my PE game!

Off to get some rest. 14 hr day or so at work tomorrow then back at the D Chores

2x10 ish LM sets.

Heavy focus on downward bundles sitting off edge of the chair this evening. Felt a great stretch. Moving towards dominant downward and BTC BS per SIMs advice.

Fixin to add MVAC session after this. Will report back if I hit new numbers on the measure
EDIT:
Hit 7.1” on the 3rd round- but it took some messing with the pressure. Had to pump it up to like 15+ to get that expansion, and keep it there so only held that for 30 seconds or so. 6.8-6.9 was most typical range and a little bit of time at 7.0.
